Very nice player with accessories. Easy to set up and use. Good picture quality. It’s a small sized DVD player, very compact. Arrived on time and as described. Update- 07 August 2018: I just got this not even a good 6 months ago and it quit working properly. It halts in the middle of the movies and goes to the home page and freezes, skipping and NONE of the streaming apps work anymore! Highly upset about this! Will never buy Sony again! Sony has turned their products into Cheap junk that doesn’t last long. I’m telling everybody I know NOT to buy Sony products!

Good compact blue ray dvd player. Plays all my movies with a good quality picture and comes in a bundle with hdmi cable,headphones,and cleaner for the same price as others sell just the player. What more could you ask for?

This Blu-ray disc player with wireless LAN plus Wi-Fi is excellent. Easy to set up and comes with all kinds of useful items, most of all a 10 High speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet. The clarity of the picture and ease of use make it the best player Ive ever had. I highly recommend this unit.

This player is portable (due to its small size), simple hook-up, remote is easy to understand, and does not get hot like others we have previously owned. We intention is to replace the other two we own.

everything working fine. Everything has met my expectations. I was hoping clean kit would also clean interior of DVD but it appears it does not. Is there anyway to clean the interior wheels?

This blu ray player is so lame! If we watch something on Netflix, then exit and want to watch something on Amazon Prime we have to unplug it and plug it back in because it doesnt clear its bandwidth well enough. Just turning it off isnt good enough either because it sleeps rather than shuts down so the bandwidth still isnt clear. It responds so slowly to remotes, whether its the remote that came with it or the remotes on our phones. The picture quality is still great. which is why I went with 2 stars rather than 1. I really wish I had gotten something else. And as far as the extras go, the cleaner is fine and the headphones are crap. Just... find something else to purchase.

Its Ok if you watch only DVD but if you want to stream movies, search for something else. It is slow, takes a long time to connect to wi-fi and to be able to choose an app; then takes a longer time to initialize one of the apps (Netflix or amazon or ... whatever you want). When you search for movies there is a lag between the selection and the info shown on the screen. Sometimes in the middle of the movie stops streaming and is loading few seconds and is not the wi-fi the problem, we have a highs peed connection, before this we streamed movies on the laptop and it never happened. We are disappointed and we are thinking to send it back.

As I said in my Amazon review of this product, the player was easy to setup and worked fine right out of the box. I really liked the remote and the small size of the player. I easily went online (wirelessly) and connected to youtube and Netflix after loggin in. So glad I bought this particular Blu Ray Player. For the price and options, it is the best buy for the money!

Bought this product as a gift for my wife this past Christmas, installed and setup easily on Christmas Day and my wife has been using ever since, mainly to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime movies. She has hardly ever used the DVD player, but just last week she went to watch and the player wouldnt work. All we get is a blank gray screen. You can hear the DVD player spinning up but the screen just changes from menu to a blank, gray screen but nothing else. It seems to be working fine besides this issue, but am now faced with having to replace it less than 4 months after installation. Wont be buying a Sony next time.
