I purchased this knowing it was a refurbished item and in the past have had great luck. Well, my luck finally ran out! You need the remote to program and use this player and the remote would not work. I even tried a universal remote but even that didnt work. From what I did see the picture quality would have been good but I couldnt in good conscience keep this. I do give 5 stars to Amazon for the ease of the return! Thank you Amazon for ensuring that we get a working product that we paid for and if we dont refunding us in a very timely manner!
