Was given one as a Christmas gift. It was refurbished and did not function. Sent it back and decided to pay the extra money for new. Discovered through frustrating trial and error that you CANNOT expect the remote to work on the player if you manually power it up at the player itself. Not sure why, I just know that if you do that the remote malfunctions. Resolution looks good, works with my Samsung TV, but as titles I don’t consider this user friendly at all.
