I have been loyal to Brother brand for more than 10 years. Last year when I saw the poor quality of Brother color printing compared to what I got printed at Kinkos, I decided to do some comparison between different printers. I found Xerox to be much more superior and decided to change all my home printers to Xerox. There customer service was great! Their customer service team (specially Andrew) went out of there way to help me configure the printer on my Debian 8 Linux even though they do not officially support it.

Good printing quality. Fast and I love the wifi. I do a lot of printing from my iphone and my tablet.

Nice printer but a little disappointed the scanner doesnt do duplex scanning. Also no IOS app for scanning. My previous printer was cheap a canon Pixma that did have duplex scanning and an IOS app.

This is horrible. It is a replacement for one that went bad in 1 month and the replacement one went bad in 6 weeks. I cant believe I cant call someone to get this returned. It is clearly a dud.
