Overall I like this printer. I would have given it a higher rating but there was one major annoyance to me that came with it - windows popups. I would occasionally get pop-up advertisements from Xerox (for product registration, warranty extension offers, etc.). It took me a while to track down where they were coming from, but after investing time and searching the Internet I found out that there are two tasks in the Windows Task Scheduler and I disabled them. I dont know what Xerox was thinking - like we need more popups. One other minor annoyance is that the printer will occasionally, randomly wake up out of standby mode and warm up, when there are no jobs being sent to the printer (or anyone using the computer for that matter). The output is nice though, colors are vibrant (especially if you use color laser printer paper like I do) and I like the fact that it has duplex printing. So it was a good value for the money and I would buy it again (just disable the popups!).
