I BOUGHT TWO OF THESE - THEY ARE THE WORST - DO NOT BUY - IT GIVES ALL KIND OF GOOFY ERRORS WHEN NOTHING IS WRONG - AT TIMES I FEEL LIKE THROWING IT OUT THE WINDOW. CAN I GIVE NO STAR RATING?

Be careful with Purchasing this... as you will need to pay for services if it malfunctions, its quite expensive. You dont have the option of getting color toner for this either. only black and white. Its compact and super cute. I love all of the multi functions especially the scan to email! very professional and perfect for small business or home offices. GO FOR IT!

Its a good machine, and for the application we use it, its good enough for us. The cartridges for this copier are not very expensive, comparing to other brands of copiers of this size.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Within 30 days you have to replace two toners and the imaging drum! Terrible print quality with repeated spots all over the paper

When I purchased this printer I was under the impression that it could perform duplex coping through the feeder as well, but it doesnt! It can only print duplex and scan manually duplex on the scanner bed. that is why Im giving this product a 3 star. When you guys add videos as apart of your ad it would be nice if you include such details about your product. please!! thank you
