The printer alignment is not centered correctly and seems to print about a 1/4 inch too high on the paper. If you print laser checks through quick books they will not align correctly. If you need the information on your documents to be centered properly do not buy this printer. I received a replacement and it had the same issue. I contacted xerox and they did not have a fix.

I have spent countless hours on the phone with Xerox trying to make this "All In One" Printer/Scanner work. They sent a technician out who was also unable to fix it. Let me start by saying, when I ordered this I also paid extra money to have someone come install it. The installation part was cancelled by Amazon. I have now had the printer 3 weeks and so far, it prints, once in awhile. It does not scan, it does not copy, it does not fax. Finally, after 3 weeks with Xerox trying to make it work, they are sending me a new one. Xerox is send me a new one, not the seller, not Amazon. I am behind on work because the scanner and copier dont work not to mention the horrible headache this has been since day one. I am extremely disappointed and very irritated. I cant run a business if the main office equipment doesnt work.

bought this printer last November, was working OK up until January. I work in a moderately busy dental office with this machine as our primary and only printer source and fax unit. The drum has gone bad, its smudging ink dots all over the paper copies and faxes that we send. Cant get through to a person in customer service, I hope maybe theyre service team sees these reviews and trys to fix them, this machine shouldnt be SHOT after 5 months of use!! very dissatisfied and appalled with this machine!!! UPDATE!! customer service has informed me that the machine I purchased through amazon was originally sold to someone in Canada and therefor according to the company there is no way I could possibly own this machine and they will not help me. THANKS AMAZON

Drivers would not install on Windows 10. Calling Xerox, I got hung up on once. Second call, they asked for the serial number. When I gave it to them, they put me on hold for another 10 minutes. They came back saying they could not find the serial number in their system. The only way to get support would be to send in my receipt via fax, and it would take up to a week for their research team to confirm this is a legitimate purchase. I have a business to run. I dont have time to wait and call again during business hours just to get some stupid drivers to install!! Xerox is NOT the printer for small business. Steer clear.

This machine sucks! I bought it to use at home. It is giving an error "Tray 1 Mismatch" and I cannot do anything. I tried calling customer service and they could not help me as the serial # of this machine does not exist in their database. Is it a joke?! So I am left helpless, I am not even sure if I can return it now, it has been 3 months since I bought it, and I have not used it a single time. Do not buy it, at least dont but it online.

I bought this printer for my office and found after set-up it would print from the plate and print from the feeder but it wouldnt scan from the feeder. I called XEROX technical support and found out that I bought a printer without any warranty. This was never mentioned in the ad presentation. I should have suspected something when the printer arrived in a plain cardboard box with no mention of XEROX on the outside. I didnt immediately suspect anything because it was packed well and as if it was delivered from the manufacturer. BUYER BEWARE

Worst. Do not buy. If you have Windows 10 you will not be able to scan and email.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Within 30 days you have to replace two toners and the imaging drum! Terrible print quality with repeated spots all over the paper
