Magicard Enduro 3e Dual Sided ID Card Printer & Supplies Bundle with Card Imaging Software (3633-3021)

We decided to go with the Enduro3E since it was dual sided printer. The software (Card Imaging XXS) was also PC/Mac compatible. The printer has nice color and we will start pushing some volume in weeks to come. Its not quiet during the printing process, but thats no an issue for us. The software is a bit confusing. The Mac application looks very similar to the Windows version. It have many features that we have not explored as of yet, but it will have a learning curve. We also purchased the printer so we could print via the network. We have been unsuccessful in getting that to work and have attempted to download the various drivers and software from the website. You may need an IT person to assist. It works fine via the USB - do pay attention to the order you do the set-up! Why 4 starts and not lower. For one, we havent contacted support. The printer seems capable of doing the functions that we want, but it appears its going to take some additional configuring. We will follow-up on the review once we make headway (one way or the other).

I got great customer service when it appeared I got a "lemon" and another unit sent after troubleshooting with tech service works fabulously. I was not prepared for the amount of ribbons to do color so have had to order many more and they say they are needing replaced far before they are done. I just hit reset and it continues for about 20 more cards after the first message. I am only getting about 150 cards per ribbon, not 300. Anyway, the customer service was wonderful to get the replacement and I am printing 4000 cards in about 3 weeks time........

I was looking for a card printer to be able to badge our employees on a job site. Software is intuitive and easy to use. Had a few issues loading the printer driver, but Card Imaging staff was quick to resolve. I would recommend this product and company to others.
