We were very happy with this printer, actually. But... it has only been 16 months since I bought it and now the paper jams every time I print something. Technicial support is unable to fix the jamming issue and the warranty ran out 4 months ago. I would have expeceted a laser printer such as this one to last several years. Im very dissappointed. To be fair, I have had good luck with Lexmark Laser printers in the past but like most electronics, they arent built to last anymore. I will not be replacing this one with a Lexmark.
