I bought this printer less than 11 months ago to replace a Brother mono laser printer that needed repairs that cost as much as this printer. I had used the Brother printer for more than 3 years. In the 10 1/2 month period that I have owned the Lexmark, I have used the toner cartridge that came with the printer, one high capacity toner cartridge, and about 1/2 of another. Im a fairly heavy user, but I dont use it as a copier. This last week the printer started printing "wonky." No solid streaks, but the occasional vertical line. Other places had insufficient toner applied. I cleaned the printer thoroughly, and still have the problems. Time for a new printer. The durability issue knocks 2 stars off the rating. Ive decided to go back to Brother for the durability issue and because printing letterhead or envelopes on the Brother is far easier than on the Lexmark. The Lexmark requires that I change the printer settings and push the "OK" button to feed the letterhead or envelope. Seconds add up to minutes, and minutes add up to hours. I dont have to take those extra steps with a Brother. The nuisance of having to adjust my workflow to accommodate the printer knocks another star off my review. If your not a heavy user of a printer, this isnt a bad model. Its just not as good as a similarly-priced Brother.

Generic postscript support is all Apple offers using MacBook with 10.13. Ive always chosen Lexmark and excellent printer but this is the first time no driver support.

No aftermarket toner yet, not sure on the returning of the old for a new one on their program, printer is great, they have you locked in with oem toner until someone makes one compatible, the toner for 415 fits but does not "compute" when installed

It was exactly what we needed. Prints quickly, no issues with calibration, or issues with the ink running out too quickly. Just a good, standard, printer. Unlike our Epson, the only thing that printer did was ask for ink.

This printer has leaked black toner on the inside of the printer only after a few months of owning. I thought I bought a defective toner cartridge so I bought another cartridge and the same thing is happening. It makes a mess of the inside of the printer and gets on the paper causing streaks. I would not recommend this printer at all.

Nice network printer and a good value. Of course all printers today are made of a lot of plastic, so you have to treat them delicately and this printer is no exception. Toner cartridges are reasonably priced.

This printer does not air print unless you download the Lexmark app and then even printing emails is an issue. You better have a degree in computer software to figure it out because the people at Lexmark were not much help!
