This is the worst purchase ever! It started great and photo quality was amazing, but then it all went wrong. The printer stopped picking up paper. Or it would pick up paper and then have different colors. Awe full experience. I tried to contact Kodak customer service and they never came back to me. So a complete waste of money - both on the printer and 5 cartridges. Now I have to invest in a different printer...

The first time I used it, the printer printed approximately 8 to 10 pictures and then stopped working. The message on the app said the battery was too low to print but it was plugged into an outlet so go figure. I unplugged it, turned it off and then back on, but it still would not work. It also lost connection constantly requiring you to leave the app to go back to settings to reconnect and then back to the app to print. Very aggravating and VERY disappointing! Dont waste your money!

The printer worked well enough the two times I got to use it. However, anyone with an android phone upgraded to 8.0 Oreo or above will find that the kodak mini printer application will see the printer, but never be able to connect. I recommend anyone considering this printer look at the reviews of the "Kodak Printer Mini" application on google play. The application hasnt been updated since June 2017, and has been broken for these phones since then. It is completely unacceptable for Kodak to fail to update their application for one year, with a defect which completely prevents users from using the printer. Completely ignoring this represents unacceptable customer service from Kodak, and should signal to anyone considering this printer the support they can expect.

I bought this product because the price was right--BUT turns out you get what you pay for...It only has WiFi (not bluetoooth) and the WiFI keeps dropping making the process of printing annoying and tedious! In addition its noisy and it takes way too long to print! I am going to get the Sprocket printer instead...despite the little better quality in the Kodak prints, its not enough to deal with the all the hassle of the Kodak printer. It was between this printer and the HP Sprocket I only purchased Kodak for the size of the print. I absolutely regret it. Battery life is ridiculous. Im able to print 1-2 pictures before it needs charging. The connection is horrible. And once youre able to connect your phone, it loses the connection very quickly. The app is not responsive and will freeze periodically. Im using the printer with a Samsung S8 Plus...Im truly disappointed.

Ive tried to contact the seller of the cartridges and Ive tried to contact the seller of the item and apparently its "past my return window." I bought it in May and tried to return it in June. I dont know if its the cartridges or the printer, but I have to turn on and off the printer constantly, Ive wasted $40 in cartridges and I might have wasted $90 on a printer. Its torn open cartridges three (3!!) times, from two different packages. Its printed just in yellow. Its jammed, its not turned on, its not held a charge and I am not happy. And now Im stuck with it. Buyer beware.

I bought this as a gift for my brother. The first time the cartridge got stuck so we decided to take out the paper(cyan,yellow,etc) and there was a printed image of someone I don’t even know. I think the printer wasn’t new because of that. Now I have to buy new cartridges
