The printer sounded ok. First issue is that usb connection doesnt work. Computer says unrecognized device. Got Bluetooth working albeit not all the time. Its finicky. Now just after 90 days from purchase automatic document feeder is picking up several sheets at a time. I bought this to do important business while on an rv trip and regret it. Going back to my Epson scanner. Update. I did get a prompt response from hp support. It gave me a link which essentially had me reload the program. Since I already have tried that several times I was reluctant but did it anyway and it was no help. They also referred me to a link for people who are having an extra page printed. That was no help whatsoever because my document feeder is picking up several pages at once, not just printing an extra blank page. I must say the one bright spot is that I was told I have a one year warranty. Thats my next step. Im hopeful.
