OK, the printer works fine, but just try to contact customer support to ask a simple question. I wasted 90 minutes trying to speak with an actual human, and Im so damn frustrated I want to throw my printer out the window!. HP may think shuffling me from page to page, asking for more and more information, that I either dont have or cant find, is efficient--but it aint. Honestly, do they really need my serial number, claim number, etc., just to answer a simple question? Honestly, I feel better having written this. Buy the printer, its a good one; just dont try to contact customer support, youll be sorry.

The printer was easy to use and portable. Started to malfunction after 4 months, and finally would not work. Unable to find anyone to help, or determine if there was any warranty period. Seems like the open box claim on Amazon is for used equipment, and tries to imply you are buying new products. I would appreciate some direction on how to get this printer fixed.

dont buy this printer if you are running Windows 10 because it will not work with it! This is apparently an old printer and the software has not been upgraded to work with Windows 10. I returned it and have yet to find another product that will work for me, but then again, I havent really looked because I am not traveling as much and dont really need a portable printer right now. This printer was a major disappointment as I was counting on it to get me thru an extended summer trip and it never worked.

It didnt work out of the box. It would never connect with WIFI. HP tech support were unable to get it to work either. I returned it and ordered an Epson. It was probably a refurbished unit from a third party-I really dont know. I noticed the serial number and other bar codes covered with white labels as if to hide something. Not much else I can say. HP offered a replacement for the same price but I wasnt doing that.
