UPDATE: Raising from 1 start to 3. I contacted support (vipsupport-at-bodno.com) and received attentive care. I was having network issues, trying to print 2-sided on a one-sided machine. My bad. On the positive side, I put it thru oits paces and it still works. My plan for handing this task off to the less-techno savvy will not work though. This thing needs attention. But the following remains true: Terrible software interface, Fragile ribbons, Im getting really good at taping the film back together. Error signaling is weak. Some cards get stuck for no reason. Original review: Terrible software interface, resolution isnt great everything looks hazy. Color ribbon busted after 10 cards..... I didnt have time to set up and test in the return window so Im stuck with this. Any thoughts on how to salvage? Its very expensive. Complete disconnect between software and printer. Support materials lacking. This is a cry for help.
