I purchased this product a couple of months ago. The printer worked just fine out of the box, and it was straightforward to set up. The flash drive that had the Bodno software didnt work, but the support team was very responsive to emails and sent me a link to download the software. The software itself takes a little bit to get used to, but after you do it works fine. Im giving it four stars for the software not working out of the box.

While this printer isn’t fully compatible with the new Mac OS. It’s a great printer and works great. This seller has been very helpful with this printer because I’ve needed some help ironing out some issues. I would definitely buy from him because he doesn’t mind helping you out.

Program is pretty simple to use. There are a lot of templates to use to make designing your cards easy. Quality is good for price. The only issue I have had with the printer, is the printer film gets jammed after use. The first time I used the printer, the film jammed and snapped so I had to replace it. After that I was able to unjam the cartridge whenever it jammed, & had worked fine since...

We were having a small issue with printer jamming. Jack was more than helpful. His suggestion corrected the jamming. We have no more issues from the printer. Jack checked in several times to assure the problem was fixed. The printer prints cards fast and without any problems. I would recommend the printer to anyone looking to print ID badges with ease!

The most I like the possibility to print both sided once a time. The camera isnt easy to install and use.
