This product is of very very poor quality. Do not buy. Does not connect to internet and jams constantly. After it jams, the printer does not work for 2 days and is impossible to troubleshoot. Ive tried everything to try to make it work again but nothing will do the trick. Please, please do not purchase this printer. I never write reviews but I needed to prevent others by making my same mistake.

Ive spent 2 entire days trying to get this thing set up to print wireless, Ive set up numerous wireless printers, but this is the most difficult thing to set up for wifi. Today I went out & bought a printer usb cable, I gave up with the set up. So frustrating, following every direction, nope nothing nada, its crap

This is the worst piece of equipment that I have ever had in my house. I am sorry that it is too late to return it; however, it may be replaced without worrying about what is lost - before I lose my mind fooling with it. I have to use a flash light in order to see the display which is all of a 1 inch square. Now it is in error mode. So whats new except that it will print nothing.

This printer is awful; it’s loud, slow & eats ink. On top of that even the recycled ink is expensive. I’ve only had it a few months & have had so many issues. The only problem I havent had with it is jamming. That said I do like that it’s small & light. If I didn’t need one in a hurry & cheaply I would have bought a different one. I should have known better with Canon. My last two which were both much more expensive were horrible as well. Time to look for a different brand! Update: 3 months later & still hate it!!!! It’s the worst printer I’ve ever used.
