My review is mixed. I bought my first Pixma ix6820 about 1.5 years ago. The black printing went bad. Tried everything. No good. I like and trust Canon products and figured the first one was a fluke. So, I ordered another one and kept the first for parts. The second one (the item of this review) worked great for about a month. Then, the blacks started printing poorly on that one too. I called technical support, we tried everything. Finally we had to remove the print-heads and re-seat them. Fortunately, this is a very easy task on this model. No tools needed. Anyway, this fixed the problem. The printer is working fine again and producing great prints!
