I had so many high hopes. But I keep having issues with the roller guides slipping during cutting causing mishaps and a lot of product loss. It won’t stay locked in place

Absolutely love it! You wont regret spending money on it, Im a stay at home doggy mom with not much to do, and this is great! If youre new to it (like I am) itll get frustrating at first but once you learn the studio its all great! Not to mention the many things you can do with it!

Great starter cutter for those thinking about getting into vinyl Graphics, also great for crafting if youre into that, easy setup and appears to be durable so far

My wife was super excited to get this as a gift. It did not come with a software key, even though it said it would, so she still had to purchase the software after purchasing the machine.

well it show do image and simply send to machine I have out of dozen of cut attempts got like 3 items to cut right .One was a circle . Also it chopped the top of my mat to pieces making it hard to use. I have tried adjusting setting to make cuts lighter and tried several materials .I know it has higher learning curve than I expected I even printed the 350 page manual out so could do quick trouble shooting check debating now whether to keep buy another mat or send back

Good product but didnt come with everything in the picture I was looking forward to the how to make stickers but it was not in it, the sketch pens wasnt in mine either I think I will be calling

Love the machine over all, but mine was missing the tools and the vinyl colors were not the same as pictures. For instance, there is no green but 5 sheets of orange..

There is definitely a learning curve for the design software!! After using other craft machines and plotter software the silhouette design software does not seem as intuitive but, after many you tube videos and playing around it is a great machine and the possibilities are vast.
