Printer functions as desired and is serviced only with Brother brand products. The upper guide rollers that direct the output paper to the output tray/bin make an very annoying squeak. Spraying dry silicone lube at the source area will quiet the squeak for a day or so. Replacing the rollers would require disassembling the entire printer. We mistaken thought there was only a 90 day warranty.

I have used this fax for the last two years with zero problems in a high volume setting. Best fax Ive ever had, and costs much less than buying from a commission salesman. My one complaint is the number keys are very particular in where you have to hit them to get the number you want. Besides that its been outstanding.

I am a big fan of Brother printers. The only downside is you must use Brother Branded ink to maintain the high quality printing, Very easy to setup up and very easy to use, Prints very fast. very satisfyed with this product.

This class of Brother all in one printers do not disappoint. Ive upgraded all my workstations now with them. I always get the extra life toner cartridges and they seem to live up to the promise of 3000 pages or better.

This is a great printer scanner. The software does the install for you. Everything worked first time. Love the touch screen. Scan documents into PDFs with one touch of the screen. It could not be easier. Great value for the buck!! Brother really has this figured out.

Much faster than the MFC-8950DW that it replaces. Image quality is clean, overall operation is simple. So far has proven to be reliable in high-volume business applications (5000+ pages/month printing).

Excellent printer. This brother printer is fast, easy to use, and has all the features that I use. I had an older Brother laser printer that lasted 12 year and it was just time to upgrade. This printer is even better than the old printer.

Paper doesnt feed through the printer - not to copy or print. We followed unboxing instructions and install instructions . NOTHING - just wasted all day. Brother support isnt "OPEN" except during weekdays so we cant even talk to anyone. May have to just send the whole thing back..

Printer wrinkles paper on bottom right edge. Using recommended 20lb paper and having gone through all of the trouble shorting steps on the Brother website as well as customer service help problem still persists. Very frustrating for the price of the printer.
