Brother FAX4100E IntelliFax Plain Paper Laser Fax/Copier

This does not allow for the paper to come out so when copying, one can turn the paper around and place it back on the printer side so the copy can be finished on both sides. It was my issue as I didnt read the specifications as well as I should have. I had another Brother that lasted 15 years. This one so far seems to be good and sturdy and it is user friendly as well

The fax machine arrived very quickly, packed well from this supplier. I was replacing the same model fax so I was able to use the cables and toner from the old machine. This one didnt work so well for the first week but once wed used it for a few days its been fine. I think it just needed to be used with a newer drum and toner. No problems at all since the first week.

These are nice fax machines for small to medium businesses. We have about 15 employees that use it heavily every day. We usually have to replace them every 3 years. We are required to run OEM drums and toner and they are expensive! If your not required to run OEM check the web for some slick deals on discounted generic or remanufactured ones instead.

I loved my brother fax machine until last Friday. Then it quit working. I called brother, and because it is 1 1/2 years old it is out of warranty. They cant help me. Bummed that it only lasted that long, but while it worked it was the best machine Ive had.

Have the identical machine as we require multiple fax sttations in our office. This machine is a workhorse, processing hundreds of pages per day. One important note is that using remanufactured drums may cause significant issues. We use the remanufactured toner, but using the drums ended up causing the machine to make a terrible grinding noise. Replacing it with a genuine Brother drum was all it needed to run well.
