Fundamentally, I was really excited about using this product due to its design. Unfortunately once I began assembling the package I quickly realized that the screws required to connect the screen to its stand were missing. Rather than returning the monitor due to the missing screws, I reached out to Amazon and Samsung support, hoping that the 40 cents worth of screws could be mailed. However Samsung support stated, after sending me to multiple departments, informed me that I would have to first send in a proof of purchase, then wait up to 3 weeks for delivery of the screws. I stated this was unacceptable since it would make this product unusable during this period. Fundamentally, they wasted too much of my time without a reasonable resolution. I will never buy a Samsung product again after experiencing such horrible customer service.

Plus: - Easy to set up - Mounting instead of feet is super nice - Cable management is good Minus: - This monitor is using a VA panel, colors are not as good as on a IPS panel - Product photos make it look like there’s no bezel on left/top/right side of the display. This is not true. The bezel is thick on all sides.

The 32in 4k screen is pretty good. In terms of colour accuracy I feel the Dell U2717D which I upgraded from is a little better, and obviously for gaming there are screens out there that better serves your need for potentially less. However, its still a really good OLED panel from Samsung. The form factor is what makes this good. Being able to drag the monitor closer to you while still having the space under neath it is what makes this good. Makes it look like a bezel-less floating screen on your desk. Other good things thats not immediately apparent: -the bottom jaw for the clamp can be removed for easier installation and if you need to attach it to a THICK table. -from the way it can bend forward accessing the rear of the screen is also much easier than other monitors. Things I dislike (lots of nitpicking) -the UI/controls are kind of annoying and limited. The DELL I had is better at this and the colour options are better too. -limited I/O. I mean HDMI and ONLY mini-DP? Feels more useful if they had 2x HDMI instead. -no USB-C thunderbolt. yes this gets very nitpicky, but its 2019.

I love this monitor, nice and big, great image, perfect for desks with not a lot of real estate. My only wish would be it supported USB-C also. It needs USB-C Samsung. Truly it does. I bought this to go with my last 2018 MacBook Pro, it is all USB-C. And the USB-C tech is awesome with daisy chaining and such. This monitor should just drop right into a chain. But dont let that keep you from buying it. Just buy a dock or adapter also to get to the HDMI or DisplayPort. On that note, the PIP is NOT what I expected as well. I had hoped I would be able to use the PIP from my computer to do a sort of split-screen effect from the one source, again USB-C dreams here, but the PIP only works between the two inputs of HDMI and DisplayPort. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. Overall - buy the monitor, be happy. We shall dream of USB-C days in the future when device manufacturers figure out how to really give the customers what they want LOL

Recently I have acquired the New Samsung 27" SR75 monitor, and I must say, It was a great investment on my behalf, Not only is the Monitor relatively affordable, but the build quality possess a slick and distinguished design. Having the Ability to set up a 27" Monitor and not compromise any Desk space is a huge Benefit; especially for the average student, Employee, Home user, etc. The set up is very simple and straightforward, Adjusting the monitor settings is easy and simple to navigate through using the power toggle button; and If the monitor isnt needed, you can simply prop the screen at its highest point or bring the screen closer to the user for a more engaging experience. The quality of the 1440p display is a lot better than I had anticipated it to be when looking at the monitor from various angles the screen doesnt diminish like most LED monitors. The factory settings right out of the box are impressive, and do not require any adjusting really, with the exception of turning on the "Eye Saver Mode". Also, the picture quality doesnt lessen when the "Eye Saver Mode" is turned on, the refresh rate on the monitor could be a little better, however, this monitor is well suited for the office environment rather than for gaming use. The Stability of the Monitor could be a little less wobbly, Im not much of an OCD Freak, however; I do have a cat that lays under the monitor and on occasion bumps into the SR75 making the screen wobble, not a big issue, but could use a little improvement. Another Benefit with this Monitor is the Cable Management, the little channel that is located on the back of the Monitor allows for the Y-cable to elegantly run down the spin of the monitor stand. The Y-cable design is an ingenious mechanism on Samsungs behalf, No one likes having excess cabling to clean up or zip tip together. Samsung took all the ache out of the cleanup portion and made the best Monitor option for Work, Play and space saving.

The reason I bought this monitor and paid top dollars to ship to Australia + tax is for the look and the space saving feature. As you can see from the image, it does not disappoint. The setup is very simple and worked fine on a desk with angled edge. The image quality is very nice, but viewing angle isnt as good as other 4k monitor with IPS panel as expected. If youre planning to connect the monitor to a Macbook Pro, ditch the HDMI and buy a USB-C to mini display port cable instead. Youll thank me later :) Pro The look Slim design and easy setup Good image quality 4k Con No thunderbolt and very limited port choice Cant adjust height without having the push the monitor forward Viewing angle Samsung has done a great job on the aesthetics of their product. Hope theyd make this a higher end monitor with better specs for the professionals in the future

I purchased this monitor because I wanted more space on my desk for when Im working and didnt want to have to install a bulky monitor arm or drill into the wall for a wall mount. I have a few other monitors that are curved and they have such bulky stands which take up to much room. When I saw that Samsung has a contemporary design monitor that is built to save space, I was in! This monitor does everything I am looking for while still having an amazing picture! During installation, I at first struggled with whether this was going to fit between the desk and back wall without me moving the desk to do it. After looking over the mount, I removed the 4 black bolts at the bottom below the vise and was able to install the mount without having to move the desk at all! These mounts are so thin it should fit behind most desk unless its all the way up against the wall of course. Next was plugging in the monitor, Samsung thought of everything on this one to keep things super simple! The cord that comes in the box is dual purpose so you dont have a thick HDMI and a thick power cable that you have to fit behind the mount! They combined this to make it a super smooth installation and setup! Pros: - Allows for tons of desk space - Super thin mount - Super thin TV - Doesnt require must for installation - Doesnt require you to have to move your entire desk to install - Monitor positioning is great for all types of work - You will love has little setup there is - Price is high, but worth it Con: - The power button is behind the monitor at the bottom right. Wish this was on the side or top instead so I can always have it sitting against the wall without have to slightly move it to turn it on! Overall, I would give this monitor a top rating for anyone! I see a lot of gamers using this with a simple setup or the Workaholics like me who need a large monitor in addition to plenty of work space on my desk.

Overall, I really like this monitor. In the 4k range at this price and size it is hard to beat. Add in some nice touches like the menu navigation and space saving features and it beats a lot of the competition. First, set up was quick and easy -- I loved the power and HDMI cables built in together. Simply get everything connect and you are done. It did take some modification of our IKEA desk because there wasnt an opening on our desk backing, but it wasnt a big deal. For most, this space-saving monitor should clip to the back of their desk just fine. For others, it is a 5-minute DIY project. Even if you do have to make a modification or comprise on the monitor location, the trade offs are worth it. I cant believe how much more room I have now versus my traditional dual-screen setup. This monitor kind of just becomes part of my wall, like a window. This thing is wonderfully big and detailed. The colors are sharp and distinct, but the brightness was set a bit high on default to my taste. Luckily, the settings are easily changed. Speaking of the settings, I absolutely love the settings button on the back. It helps keep the viewing area nice and large. And you might think that having a button that controls navigation and control of several settings would be cumbersome, but it is actually pretty intuitive. Its a nice touch, and helps to highlight the quality of the monitor. Games and other visual products look amazing. My only criticism would be the height of the monitor itself. It is not adjustable, which is understandable, but it sits fairly high. Ergonomically, you will want a chair that can move higher, or a desk that sits lower.

My first impressions of this monitor when I unpacked it was a big "wow". The monitor is so slim and the cable management is really nice. In the past I was working with a 27" 1080P and a vertically mounted 24" monitor to get sufficient screen real estate to get my work done. With a single 32" 4K monitor, lifted off my desk - both the room on my desk and the space on the monitor has really changed the way I work. See my before and after photos attached. The only reason I pulled a star is that, it would have been great for a state of the art monitor to include USB-C as a standard video input (with USB ports available on the monitor, to really keep my desk clean and neat. )

The monitor is pretty good and the aesthetics are there, it looks quite futuristic either floating in the air or all the way down on the desk. Its lacking in inputs and should have a USB-C port. I ended up sticking a USB multiport hub on the back of the base and so I can connect my Surface Book 2 or Galaxy note with one cable and have access to a few more USB ports. There are better monitors out there for the price but I value the looks and the capability to get more desk space when needed. An added bonus is that the monitor can actually almost fold flat forward (delicately, its not very stable like this and I wouldnt rest anything on it) so when I want to let light in from the window behind the desk its possible. Make sure you NEED the form factor before buying or else you might be disappointed.
