Install Flash Player Well to start off. I loved the monitor to death. It was everything I wanted. 144HZ, Curved and sexy. I had no issue with the monitor for a whole year. Until 12/11/2018 For what ever reason. Whenever I would open any kind of games The monitor would show the opening of most games and then glitch out and go black. I am still able to hear game audio and I can still move my mouse and things. But the display is black. I have tried updating drivers, I have tried going back to old drivers to the ones I knew worked before. And just today. 12/13/2018 A new driver came out and it still doesnt work. I thought maybe it was the Displayport cable so I bought a new one. Still does the same thing. I thought maybe its just my graphics card dying. "By the way I have a GTX 1080ti." So I tested the games with a different monitor and the games worked great. I have tried disabling 144hz see if thats the issue. Nope. I tried updating my Bios and formatting my computer. Nothing. I sent in a RMA Request and I was told that the monitor was out of warranty and it went out of warranty on 12/11/18. I was told I could send they the monitor for them to take a look at. But I would have to Pay for shipping and I will be charged for a diagnostic fee of $69. But they wont charge me if I agree for the repair cost. But if I dont agree with the repair cost I will be charged the $69 and be sent back the not working monitor. I havent heard back from Support Sense. I really enjoyed the monitor. But to have a 1 year life span with a 1 year warranty really drops any kind of recommendation.
