Install Flash Player Absolutely excellent monitor. Great image quality, rich blacks and whites, smooth 144hz refresh rate, 4.8ms is not noticeable compared to 1ms on a TN panel, and the 2560x1440 resolution is fantastic. Absolutely blows the competition out of the water at this price point ($369). Only complaints is the stand doesnt have height adjustment or pivot or swivel, and the screen is a bit dark, even at 100% brightness, but overall, super pleased. Couldnt be happier with this monitor.

Bought the monitor when it was on sale for 349.99 to replace a 4k 60hz monitor. The main attractions for me was the lower stock stand compared to my previous monitor and the curved display better fits at the corner of my desk. The first monitor I received showed up with multiple dead and stuck pixels at basically every corner of the display. It also came with the incorrect firmware which did not allow the leds on the back of the display to function at all. I was not impressed with the customer service or turn around especially living in the North-East. They do offer a guarantee against dead pixels which is nice, however I am currently writing this review on my second monitor from them which arrived again with a dead pixel or two. This second panel is significantly better than the first, especially since it has the correct firmware this time. I will not be sending this monitor back for a third unit. All in all I would not recommend purchasing this monitor after this experience.

Pros: -No dead pixels -100hz which I was able to OC to 115 -Good picture quality -Little to no backlight bleed thanks to VA panel -High sRGB coverage (cannot confirm, no color tester) -100mm VESA mountable -Much cheaper than comparable main stream monitors Cons: -Less vibrant image due to VA panel -Other monitors can be OCd to 120, while my panel can reach 120 it is not stable -Bezels are larger than depicted -Body is made of budget materials, but still rigid, no concerns really -Big VIOTEK logo in the middle of the chin Other Thoughts: On sale, this is a solid option for a high refresh rate ultrawide. The curve is just right and the color reproduction is not bad for a VA panel. Would recommend assuming youre okay with giving up IPS viewing angles and color reproduction.

Update December 24, 2018 Still loving this monitor. No issues, trusty, and looks great. EDIT, FEB 26 2018 Still loving the monitor. Will keep posted here if issues arise. For now though, I recommend you hop on this monitor. Packing: Double boxed. Internal monitor box arrived in relatively good shape with lightly crushed corners. The monitor inside was cased in strong styrofoam packing that shelled nicely around the entire monitor housing, no movement in there. Came with monitor, power cable (no external brick, basic cable into monitor, which is nice for saving precious desk space), brushed metal legs as a stand, and a DP cable. Initial Feeling: The legs/stand feel extremely solid and heavy, a good sign. Some people need height adjustment on their monitor, which this doesnt have. I dont need that, and the tilt function works well. Even before turning on, the panel looks gorgeous and big. (Im coming from a 23" 1080p LG that has served me fantastically for 6 years and still works great) No physical damage to the panel surface, a thin slick foam sheet was well placed. First Power: Setup was pretty easy. Use your own screwdriver instead of the included one to set up the stand. Plugged the included DP cable into a GTX 1050 Ti SSC (on Ryzen) and away we go. Monitor fired up in native resolution, setting 144hz was simple in the Nvidia control panel, and the monitor just worked. Personally, I changed no settings and am massively impressed with the colors and brightness of this monitor. Are there brighter panels?- Certainly. But this one is plenty bright and very fast, and looks great with HD films and games. Tested online for dead pixels and confirmed this monitor seems like a real keeper. Impressions: Have owned this monitor for 48 hours and am loving it by the second. I dont see a better deal on Amazon for refresh rate/size/panel type. And the quality is genuinely surprising at this price. I will add to this review if anything goes wrong and I have to use the included one year warranty.

Two features of this item were defective right out of the box. 1) The audio jack does not conduct sound. Spent two hours troubleshooting this, checked settings in the user interface menu (UIM) to make certain they corresponded with the outputs from my computer. Tried both display port and HDMI cables to the monitor and the sound that was being sent to the monitor is not directed out the audio out jack. Used my other monitor to test every aspect of the audio out of my computer to be certain it was not on my end, only to find that all audio coming out of my system is fine. It is the monitor. 2) The instruction manual describes how to use the UIM to activate the red accent LEDs on the back of the panel. In the manual, it shows that an Icon shaped like the back of the monitor should be present in the interface as the second choice from left. That icon is not what is displayed on the monitor I received. My UIM says Eco, and all it does is change the screen display to various preset settings. I searched the entire UIM just in case the software had slight differences from the hardcopy manual, but there was no way to access and activate the LEDs. The model number on the box and machine are the same as what is described in the hardcopy manual and in the online description so I expect it to work as advertised, it does not. The audio jack could be forgivable as defective or broken in transport. but the interface menu being different from the manual is a manufacturer error. I took a chance on this item because of the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, but my experience now confirms the minority negative. I expect things to work as advertised, and even though the LEDs are a trifle addition that I may never have used, but........ I PAID FOR THEM TO WORK! so they should! The mismatch between the hardcopy guide and the UIM suggests chaotic manufacturing standards. Sorry, you only get one shot with me, Im returning this item for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

I really like curved monitors, and when I was building a new gaming pc, I wanted to have a really nice monitor. This was my first 1440p monitor (which sadly I regret) and I thought it would well suit my build considering that Im using a GTX 1080ti and an i7 8700k. The Free Sync is useless to me since Im team green, but I couldnt find a g-sync monitor with these specs that was affordable. I also never use the speakers in this monitor since I only use headphones. The most disappointing thing was that the panel had 4 dead pixels right after turning it on for the first time. One is dead-white and the others are dead-black. Another thing I hadnt considered was that being a 2K monitor, watching videos on YouTube or Twitch that are uploaded in only 1080p appear to be low quality. (looks like 480p to be honest). I dont think the 1440p display problems (watching videos that look bad and limited to 144fps) are worth the performance gap of rendering in 1080p and video streaming quality. Sure games look a bit better at 2K than at 1080p, but I rather have the extra 40fps rendering 1080p in the end. This is not a bad monitor; the dead pixels are only noticeable if youre super OCD like me--like you really have to look hard to see them. And its a great price for a curved free-sync 27 2K 144hz panel. However, I think I will probably buy a flat screen 27 g-sync 1080p 240hz monitor and use the Viotek as a secondary panel. I hope this helps anyone considering if 2K is worth it and if this monitor is worth it overall. FYI, the games that I based my performance opinions on are: Tom Clancys Rainbow Six: Siege Fallout 4 PUBG CoD Black Ops 4 Battlefield 5 (beta)

So, so gaming pc monitor. Had it returned for a different one. Pros: good picture on some games, thats if youre using primarily just for pc gaming at 1440p 144hz. Cons: mines came with missing vesa mount screws, awful menu interface layout, built in audio sounds terrible (wish it came with audio output so i can use my own speakers), gaming on my PS4 looked washed out (too pixelated), monitor stand felt cheap and fragile, no manual included, there was also instances where the monitor wouldnt detect my hdmi cable connection to either my pc or ps4. Update: Returned the 27" and got the the 32", still same issues. Audio output did not even work. Plus couldnt even get audio from the monitor. Display port was not working, i know for sure it wasnt the cable cause it worked on my other monitors. Highly disappointed!!! Will be returning for my money back, look elsewhere. Dont go cheap or else youll get what you pay for!!!

Im only 2 days in with this monitor so Ill report back if there are any changes to my experience. But my first impressions are just WOW with this monitor! It is an absolute stunning display at 1440p. Im using it with the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 8GB. The monitor build looks nice. It has a plastic body and is sturdy enough. The curve is simple and not overdone. The buttons for settings are underneath on the bottom right side and are pretty easy to work with. It has a blue power led that points straight down and reflects on the table surface. Its blinks when there is no signal detected and stays solid when signal is present. Better straight down than in your face I think. The settings menu isnt too bad - it does what you need it to do. It tilts up and down but not left and right. This a Free-Sync monitor and this feature is new to me since I havent put together a system in many moons and never considered things like ghosting and screen tear, etc.. Ive done all of the research between G-Sync and Free-Sync and made my decision to go with a Free-Sync monitor based on price. I originally bought a NVIDIA 1060 6GB, but switched to the Nitro+ RX 580 once I made the decision to go with this monitor. G-Sync monitors are just too pricey. So Ive been gaming the last two days at 1440p, 144Hz, and Free-Sync enabled. Ive played Diablo 3, Borderlands Prequel, Fortnite, and Strange Brigade for my testing. The display is just stunning. Its crisp and clear and I didnt notice any screen bleed around the edges - and no dead pixels either. There has been no screen tear or ghosting while playing - and my play has consisted of around 85-130 FPS at the highest settings. The movements on the screen are just so smooth and the colors are vivid and beautiful. The brightness is just right. I read another review saying the brightness was a little lacking. I dont agree, its fine. CONS: My only beef with this monitor is where the connections (Power, HDMI, DP, etc..) are located. There is a slot underneath the monitor that you have to squeeze your fingers in to plug in your cables. You basically have to pick up the monitor or lay it down to make these connections and its not a good design in my opinion. So if you constantly plug in a laptop or some external device to this monitor, youre going to be irritated quite often. But if you only plan on plugging in your PC and thats it (one and done), its not that big of a deal. Just something to be aware of when you buy it. OVERALL IMPRESSION: At around $320ish, this monitor is absolutely awesome for the price. I honestly dont know what else youd want unless youre super picky about the small stuff. My gaming experience just went to new heights with this monitor and Id recommend it to anyone.

when I brought this at march 2018, it was great. However, after one week of use , it would flash when I use sleep model. it could be fixed by restart my desktop, so I didnt bother to return it. Then, today July 2nd. I trun on my desktop just as usual ,then the minotor has a darker area in the edge. and they cant give product support anymore within just 4 month of using it. well . I guess you get what you pay for. next time I would just pay more for a longer using time.

Fantastic screen! Deep colors and great contrast. Wall mount or other mounting is now possible on the latest model. Months picture you see 4 silver screws on the back, this is where you mount to a wall or arm mount. This monitor is sleek looking, the picture is flawless and smooth at 144hz. Running on a 1070 I achieve 60fps easily in most games.
