I wasnt able to find any reviews of this monitor at the time of purchase so thought I would post one to help others out. First of all, I recently started working remotely and was looking for a reliable 27 height adjustable monitor that was $200 or less. When I was looking for a monitor I found that many of the reviews were posted by people who were using their monitors for watching movies and gaming - they were posting great, detailed feedback but many of their comments were about things that I didnt care about. So this review is just for basic, full-time home-office use. Pros: -Fully adjustable including height, swivel and tilt. -Slim, attractive design - Nice sound quality out of built in speakers - this wasnt something I was actively looking for but its a nice bonus. My desktop has a built in speaker but the quality out of the monitor speakers is noticeably better if a a bit quieter. - Clear, sharp images. I was upgrading from an older 21 monitor and this monitor corrected the issue I was having with Windows 10 fonts being small and hard to read in Outlook. - Asus is a reliable brand with a good manufacturer warranty on their products. Cons: The stand is a little crooked. I suspect this has something to do with the adjustable nature of the stand construction, but I was unable to fix this despite reassembling the stand a few times (Im handy, but stand assembly is easy and pretty foolproof even if you arent). I attached a photo with a level so you can quantify what crooked means to me. The measurement is the same when I take the monitor off the monitor riser, so its not an issue of the riser sagging. Its not a huge issue, but it is the thing that kept me from a 5-star review. If you are looking for a height adjustable 27 monitor this is a nice, solid choice. Ill update this review if I have any performance reviews over time.

My old monitor was about 21". I was amazed at how much easier it was to work with 2 or 3 apps displayed at the same time. I thought it was a great cost/feature trade off. I dont do any gaming but I gave it 3 stars because it probably is that good. Other older reviews said the assembly was difficult, but I guess that was fixed because it was easy for me. Great decisions make for a lota love1!

Well worth the price, considering its just a bit more money compared to the competition (similar resolution, frameless, and IPS) -- yet you get even more quality I think. The colors are really good. I turned my brightness down to 75% and upped the contrast just a bit. And the blue light filter options seem pretty nice to look at. Im actually a fan of the small power button/menu joystick behind the panel. I find it much more quick to use than my other ASUS monitor. And Im also loving the height adjustable stand and the snap-on cable management clip. Oh, and the flat base is nice. Everything about this monitor is so clean and sleek. ASUS, keep this design and only make minor improvements, if you must! I would love to see the same design, but with 1440 (2k) resolution, higher refresh rate (120hz or higher), and Id have that monitor bought in no time. Lastly, its hard to find any negatives about this monitor, but I will say there is a slight wobble, though that should not be an issue if your desk is solid. And its only a very slight wobble. Id also like to see VGA ports dissappear on all monitors.

A great looking 1080p monitor. Has high image quality and low blue light settings. Using a 1080p monitor works a lot better than a 5k monitor. Software shows up large and sharp. It also has a 75mhz refresh rate. Only aspect I do not like is that the monitor sway back and forth when I close a door on my desk or set something down on my desk. Perhaps I will try to reassemble the stand.

I got this monitor almost a month ago and I am so pleased with it. It has all the features I wanted (with the exception of HDR): height adjustability, good speakers, swivel, built in blue light filter (up to 4 levels). It also comes with a built in screen protector which is great! The display is vibrant and the colors look amazing. There are many modes (Scenic, Natural, Therate, Darkroom, Night mode, Reading) which have different brightness and contrast levels. The theatre mode is very good for watching movies and the reading mode lowers the brightness and adds a little yellow tinge to the screen to make it easy on the eyes. Overall, it is a great monitor that suits all activities.
