Pros: System runs very smooth and snappy. Minimum Bloat and Easy to Set Up Touch Screen and Physical Build Quality Very Good for Price Point Cons: Wireless Capability was Garbage (read below) 128 GBs of space maybe a limitation to some I bought this laptop as a casual use laptop for my wife for Valentines Day. For the money, the laptop has a lot going for it. But I have to start with what is the most disappointing part of this laptop. The wireless implementation on this system was beyond horrendous. The wireless out of the box was absolutely useless. The download and upload speeds of the onboard wireless ranged from 1 Mbps to 500 kbps. I tried multiple troubleshooting set ups but nothing made the performance improve, even when being only a few feet away from the wireless router. I had to buy a third party USB Wifi Adapter to solve the issue. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019SRBUNG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) WIth the adapter, I was getting 150 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up consistently. Needless to say it really took the shine off of the out of box experience and the loss of a USB 3.0 side IO port may not be the best solution for some, but it doesnt interfere with my wifes experience at all. It is a shame that the wireless was such a horrible experience because the rest of the experience is actually very good for the value for the price. The laptop is very snappy and responsive thanks to the i3 and combined ram with the SSD hard drive. The laptop boots up and programs and applications pop up quickly, even when doing some light multitasking (like having a few chrome browsers open). The 15.6" touch screen is a nice touch at this price point and is also very responsive when using the touch controls (if you are into that kind of thing). My wife enjoys the build quality and the tactile nature of the keyboard. It also has a decent amount of IO for the price point (Though if your wireless experience is like mine then you may loose an IO port just to have usable wireless ability) , including a disk reader. All in all, this product is a mostly good experience with one huge negative draw back. With laptops and other portable devices, wireless capability is one of the most important aspects of the user experience. Its a shame that this product bungled such an important aspect so badly.

I purchased this computer and like the solid state hard drive and touch screen. However, when I went to add an internal DVD optical drive, I found the motherboard does not have the cable hookups. So an external USB DVD drive must be used if you want an optical drive. Not the biggest deal in the world, but it would have been nice to know in the description before purchasing.

This computer is fast. The sound is excellent and the display is beautiful! But the setup instructions were in another language and there was no product key. The seller was quick to respond that if I reset the computer, Windows 10 should automatically activate but it didnt and I ended up paying another $119 to activate Windows. Anyway Im okay with this purchase.

I highlight a little capacity of SSD (128GB), but its ok if you use only for study, websites and office tasks.

Wireless card was garbage. Spent 2 hours on line with Dell. Returned for refund to Amazon the next day. Dont have time or patience for junk.

I was in need of a laptop and so happy I bought this one. The screen is amazing. I love the vivid touch screen display. Very easy to set up. Battery life is adverage. Definitely satisfied with this laptop

Got it for a student she loves the laptop and the touch screen is a plus. Fast boot up time and no lagging during casual use. Recommend an external hard drive when purchasing if you have a lot of files that you download.

I like how fast it boots up and the touch screen. I dont like the mouse pad, but thats just a personal preference, so I will get a wireless mouse for it.
