I am a professional graphic designer pumping out many designs each week with photoshop and illustrator. Unfortunately I developed repetitive strain injury mostly from using a magic/mighty apple mouse 40 hours a week over a year or so. (they are horrible on your wrist, encourage poor wrist posture & can over strain your index finger muscles using the touch surface) the main offender that kept me from resting those muscles so they could heal was that dang mouse, but I didn’t want to take a week off work so I quickly bought this mouse- most ergonomic mouse I could find that is rechargeable. The build quality is great for 20$, zero issues so far, moves smoothly across a nice mousepad, can be used while charging, and best of all there is zero discomfort or pain using this mouse! If it holds up after two more weeks I will buy a second one, simply because I cannot live without a mouse this comfterble in my professional graphic design career. It makes photoshop brush work so much easier. If you are a professional using photoshop or illustrator, clicking thousands of times a day, touching up product photography or designing graphics; then you owe it to yourself to have the most healthy ergonomic tools to avoid simple office strains and injuries. So buy this mouse.

I purchased the smaller one last week and it was taken away by my wife. So I have to get another one for myself again and this time I decided to get the larger version. In comparison, the large one truly fits well, however, the smaller one didn’t cause me any discomfort as well. So I have to give them both 5 stars!

Nice vertical mouse. This mouse is for anyone with med/small hands and feels uncomfortable/pain when using a horizontal mouse. I was searching around on Amazon for a more comfortable mouse and ran across this mouse. I was really anxious to try out a vertical mouse since it seems like such a good idea to have your hand in what seems like a more comfortable position. The 2.4GHz wireless technology seems to work well. I’ve seen no signs of interference. Plug and play worked well on my laptop running Windows 10 Home. I just plugged the USB receiver into an available USB port, Windows loaded a standard driver and it was ready for use. I checked out the 3 adjustable DPI switch. It seems to change the mouse movement speed. I use it on a microfiber couch cover most of the time, but haven’t had any problems on any other surfaces so far. The Forward/Backward buttons work and some people may find them more convent/usable than I did. That feature may grow on me with time. The automatic power-saving mode seems to work well. I found that just moving the mouse doesn’t seem to wake it. Clicking a button works just fine though. I didn’t notice where the product listing mentions how the mouse will fit in different size hands. I have large hands and it seems to not fit so well. My wife tried it and thought that it was great. People with larger hands might not be able to hold it as comfortably. I’d say this would work well for medium to large hands. The wheel between the buttons works well and seems to almost glide. Others seem to have pronounced detents as you scroll them, I prefer mouse wheels with a bit more detent feel when the mouse wheel is rolled. The mouse wheel works fine and that’s more of a preference thing. My wife is actually quite happy with how her hand rests in a more natural way as she uses the mouse. I found another mouse that works better for me, but the regular mice I used were causing pain due to the twist required to operate them. The mouse has been being used for over three weeks of occasional use and has not needed a recharge. (I charged it when I pulled it out of the box.) I misplaced the instructions that came with it. I didn’t bother with them when setting it up. It’s that easy. If you use a mouse now, you won’t have any trouble setting this one up, and using it. This is the second vertical mouse Ive purchased. My wife likes this mouse much better than the other. I have large hands and like the other mouse better than this one. The other mouse I purchased is from a different seller/maker. I was not provided any compensation for my review.

The vertical mouse is an excellent concept and a welcome relief from the cramped wrists of the old standard two button and a scroll wheel mouse. I had some difficulty adjusting at first, but when I adopted the posture seen in the product photo it became easier and easier to to use. I moved my mouse pad back past (not behind) my keyboard and now rest my forearm on my desk allowing the adjustment to move faster and the benefits of the vertical over the standard become much more apparent. I suspect that the adjustment is a muscle memory transition from old habits to building new memory, for example I am trying to train the middle finger of my right hand to use the scroll wheel. I did have some problems with the Lithium Ion battery model holding a charge, but 7Lucky is an Excellent vendor and arranged for me to substitute the AAA battery model. I know that similarly designed vertical mice are available from other vendors, but I do recommend 7Lucky for their focus on customer satisfaction. Bottom line: Give yourself time to adapt and adjust and alter your posture (support forearm) to increase the speed of the adjustment and allow yourself to reap the benefits to your wrist.

Ive never tried a vertical mouse before. I had tendinitis in my elbow and needed an ergonomic mouse. I first ordered the small because I have relatively small hands (Im about 5 5" and female), but it wasnt comfortable the way my hand rested on it, so I returned it and ordered the "normal" size. The return was quick and easy, the shipping was free, and I received a full refund. I also received a personal email from Susan at 7Lucky saying she was sorry I was unhappy with my purchase and asking if there was anything the company could do to help. I explained why I was returning the small size and suggested the description of the product specify where on the palm one should measure to, if questioning which one to choose. Her response went above and beyond what was needed - not only did she acknowledge my feedback and say that it would be taken into consideration when revising the product description, but she offered a complimentary mouse! As I said in the header, I just received it -- Ive used it at work for 2 days and Im loving it. The tactile feel is soft and smooth, my hand and arm positions are comfortable, and the way my palm and fingers rest on it feels natural despite the drastically different shape from what Im used to. I appreciate the red light/white light on the bottom specifying when its charging and when its done. And I like that it has an in/off switch so the battery isnt being drained when its not in use. Theres a neat stripe of blue light on the inside that goes around where the thumb rests, which I THINK is a battery-level indicator (today, a small portion of it glowed red instead of blue); if it is what I think, that would be an awesome feature! And even if its not, its cool looking :) I also adapted to it really quickly and didnt feel any need to take time getting used to it. I think the only thing that Ill need to get used to is that its significantly taller than my old style and Ive knocked it over several times when moving my hand to my keyboard :/

This mouse is so comfortable and works really nicely when it is connected to the computer. I wanted to be able to use it. However, I had it at my work computer for 8 hours a day, and any time I walked away from my desk for five minutes, I would come back and the mouse would no longer be connected. The optic light would be gone. It would just shut off like it fell asleep. I would switch the mouse off and back on, but that didnt get it to turn back on. I would unplug and re-plug in the USB dongle, but that didnt get it to turn back on. Ultimately, I would have to plug the mouse in to the charger for a second, and then it would light up and reconnect. It wasnt low on battery--it would just fall asleep and required the charger to wake back up. Super odd. It was too much work to keep reconnecting it all day long. Customer service was very good and I got a full refund.

I honestly dont know how much stock to put into customer reviews these days, so I was not sure what to expect when I purchased this vertical mouse. If you do some research on these devices, you learn pretty quickly that name brands are very expensive (around $100 or more). I wasnt sure what to expect from this seller because the price was so unusually reasonable. However, I found a video review of it elsewhere on the internet that gave me the confidence to try this one out. I am so glad that I did. I have radial tunnel syndrome, and the problems associated with it are similar to carpel tunnel. Mostly I need to be mindful of any clicking and scrolling I do with my middle finger. This was a problem with my gaming mouse because it had an internal mechanism that did not allow for smooth scrolling; probably for reasons related to gaming, the scroll wheel has a hard scroll stop feature. This causes me a lot of pain over time, so on the old mouse I was awkwardly using my forefinger most of the time to do basic scrolling on the internet. With 7Luckys mouse Im able to keep a better posture with my wrist and forearm, and more easily use my forefinger for scrolling tasks. The scroll wheel is also not as clicky/sticky as my old mouse. It has a click mechanism, but it is not designed to offer much resistance while scrolling, unlike my Logitech G602. I have successfully used this mouse to also play Overwatch a few times without much trouble. The thumb keys are a little awkward for my crouch and melee commands, but I think this is something I can get used to over time. Or I may switch back to using the G602 for more intense gaming sessions. I havent decided yet. Overall, you cannot beat the $20 price tag. If youre not sure if youre looking for a mouse like this, $20 is a fair test the waters price. And if this mouse lasts 2 years, it will be well worth the cost. Perhaps the only downside I can see with the mouse so far relates to the matte finish on the device. While I love this finish because it feels velvety and soft, it does get easy to see finger prints over a short amount of time. If you can ignore that (like I can), this is probably a non-issue. I will also say that I have not had issues with the battery on this mouse. I charged it for a few hours after it arrived and its worked perfectly since. It promptly goes to sleep after 5-10 minutes of inactivity, but one click and it wakes up immediately.

One of the top five amazon purchases that I can recall having made. With its first use the stress and pressure in my hand and forearm were completely eliminated. This vertical mouse fits perfectly in my hand while requiring very little effort to operate the control buttons. Could not have been more pleased with its functionality. The vertical mouse was operational out the box and after a weeks use the battery still has not required a recharge. My apology to all who may have used the above review comments in your decision making process to purchase this product. Several hours after posting this review the vertical mouse stopped working properly. Though the pointer continued to work the primary left and right buttons failed to click on commands, thus rendering the mouse useless. Trouble Shooting guide did not provide a solution for this issue. Wow, contacted the company regarding the failure of the mouse, received a prompt response within several hours, and with no further discussion the company shipped me a brand new mouse. A customer service orientation is alive and well within this company.
