The pc is very powerful, and it is also upgradable. However, when purchasing this pc, remember to buy your own pci wifi card. The usb wifi adapter that came with the desktop is extremely slow, so I bought a wifi card and installed it myself. Without either the usb wifi adapter or the wifi card, you wont be able to connect to the internet wirelessly. The usb wifi adapter that I got was the TL-WN725N by TP-Link, and the max download speed peaked at a mere 1 mb/s. After I installed the wifi card, I got download speeds up to 20 mb/s. The included graphics card, the GTX 1080 played all the games I threw at it at decent frame rates in ultra settings. I played on a 1440p 144hz g-sync enabled monitor, and when I tried to run the newest triple a titles at ultra settings at that resolution, my fps did go down to 40 fps on some grassy areas. However, most of the time, even though I was running games at ultra settings 1440p, my frames were almost always above 100. Overall, this is an amazing pre-built pc. Just remember to get a PCI wifi card.

Poor performance Out of the box. This thing has yet to run longer than 10 minutes. Ive only had this running for about an hour and already had 7 blue screens. (Im writing this review from my work computer). At this point I just want to send it back. Edited. The Skytech suppot folks had me remove a stick of ram and it ran all night without issues. I reinstalled the ram this morning and its running great. Now I have the PC I was expecting. Awesome job guys.

This is a mid-size tower with lots of flash. The price is good. Theres 16GB ram, and a decent video card. Caveats: No optical drive (CD/DVD). No license key sticker on computer. Use freeware program Keyfinder to extract the license number if you want to swap out the hdd for ssd or larger hdd. Failing that, use a disk cloning program like Clonezilla to clone the drive. Limited expandability. Use your SATA connections wisely. There are only 4. Operation seems smooth enough, and its pretty. Ill update as I continue to use.

great pre built pc, especially now that gpu prices are going up quite a bit. My only issue is that 2 of the backside usb ports are wonky and if the devices plugged into them are nudged they disconnect, not a gigantic issue and it could be a problem with just my pc, not all. Also the mouse and keyboard that come with the pc arent trash like i was kind of expecting them to be so thats nice. Overall if buying parts separately is too expensive or seems to daunting to do buy yourself this is a nice buy. Ive recommended this to friends of mine looking for pcs and i recommend it to you too.

First of all, Im lazy and cheap so I didnt buy want to put a PC together from scratch nor did I want to spend too much for a top of the line gaming PC. Complaining about the price seems pretty stupid based on the aforementioned personality traits I possess but this could easily be a $600 machine at retail. Im looking at it as a custom XB1 S. The included 1050ti is adequate but will require an upgrade within the next year, Im sure. So far Ive yet to run into any newer game that I cant run smoothly on a medium setting (RB6 Siege), anything older than 5 years on high/ultra. This machine as it stands will not be able to really handle the likes of a "Battlefield V" but Im OK with that. The keyboard felt flimsy and almost too lightweight for its own good. It was sliding around with even the softest of touches and has been replaced . The mouse, however, feels fantastic and is very responsive. Everything was packed wonderfully, very secure and clean. The biggest positive I have is perhaps the most important one and that would have to be the customer service team. I had a few questions, pre and post purchase, and the timely response from the vendor was most appreciated. (the best method of communication with them seems to be email) In short, would I buy another PC from this company? Yes, but Id also wait for a better deal than the price I paid.

I just recently purchased this pc for Skytech. First immpressions of the pc are that it is a nice looking build, good cable management and installation of all components. I’ve build a few PCs before and this was my first time buying a pre built. I did find that one of the wires leading to one of the case usb slots was severed. It appears that it got pinched when the case was assembled. It was an easy repair though. Pros: price is reasonable for the parts Software and os already installed No bloatware that I have discovered Plenty of room for upgrades (the case has room for a 240mm radiator if you want to upgrade to liquid cooling) WiFi, video, Ai suite III and other drivers pre-installed Almost silent when idle, still quiet under load Case have very good thermals (motherboard stays at 30-40C constant. W/ stock cooler: cpu 32C idle, 60C overclocked to 3.45 MHz under load) Cons: Damaged USB port (I assume it was a fluke) No installation/recovery disk for OS (although for windows 10 it isn’t as important) The cooler master CPU cooler mine came with was pretty weak and was silicones to the AM4 motherboard brackets. (I’m sure this reduces noise and vibration, but it makes changing the cooler more difficult than it needs to be)
