So far the computer has been running ok. I had to update windows a little bit. Though the first time booting up the pre-installed web browser, the screen showed a checkered pattern that was pixelated with distorted colors, then the PC froze. I have not experienced anything else after that. Also, there was no included mouse like it says there should be in the Amazon listing. AND as Im writing this review, the space bar on the keyboard is already sticking. I have contacted the retailer regarding the mouse. And I will update my review accordingly. EDIT: Changed rating to 1 Star They did not respond to my request for compensation in regards to the mouse/powercord being missing, and the computer continued to crash when plugging in new HDMI or DVI Cables. When I returned it, I was only refunded ~600$ rather than the full 749$. I reached out to Amazon and they were a huge help, setting up an email to see what the deal was. Turns out they charged me a $160 dollar restocking fee, and claimed it was not defective. They obviously do not actually check if its defective or not, they probably just turn it on, and if it lights up, its good. I submitted an A-Z Claim with Amazon and they got me the $160 back the next day. Amazing job from Amazon, terrible communication/cheap product from the seller. Would not recommend / buy again from this vendor.

Just delivered about 20 mins ago. DOA. Will not power on. Have requested a replacement through Amazon but at this point, I may just return and order from someone else. Update: Two days later and tech support has still not called back. I have a desktop from Skytech from when they first started and its a great machine. When I had some questions about the system, I was able to contact support in a timely matter. But, now, with this system theyre non-existent. Definitely not good given how expensive these towers are.

I ordered this computer on May 26, 2019 and it arrived on May 29, 2019 and there were two HUGE issues right out of the box. The fan next to the motherboard makes a loud clicking sound that is audible from the living room. The graphics card displays a "no signal" error as soon as any game is launched. I plan on returning this computer tomorrow regardless of what tech support says. This was supposed to be a gift for my sister. A $900 computer should work out of the box. I guess Ill try Xidas instead or maybe Ill work with a friend who builds computers on the side...

I’ve got some words to say about this company. You guys have an amazing deal on such a nice built pc. Comes with a keyboard and mouse with really good parts at a affordable price. Not to mention the case with RGB custom lighting is very clean and easy to use. Yet, I had a big problem when it came down to the protective sealed air product care you guys use. The person who packaged my pc put the WARNING label inside of my pc. I had no clue that this was even inside of the box itself because you obviously can’t see into it. I played a very easy game on the pc L4d2 and my GPU overheated to the point of where my screen turned offand instantly I knew something was wrong. I opened the case to see this sealed air productive cover and the WARNING LABEL inside of the pc itself... I understand this is an accident and hopefully whoever did this is much more careful next time btw my CPU was on desktop at 98% usage with my GPU having no programs running at 90 C.

Ariived on time, everything looked good out of the box, and then i turned it on. It attempted to boot up and die in about 30 seconds. I figured maybe I didnt have the plug connected all the way, so I made sure it was secure, and tried to boot it up again....nothing. I finally got it to turn on for longer than 30 seconds, and downloaded some games. All of them played fine, so i was happy. Then randomly it shut off in the middle of game, and I havent been able to get it to boot up since. Their tech support was lack luster. I really wish they would test the product thoroughly before shipping it to the customer. Despite all this, from when it was functioning it was everything I hoped for. So after I get my refund I will purchase a second Archangel in hopes this one was just faulty. Will update once I receive the second pc. So far though, this has been a 1-star experience. Edit: Sent back the defective pc, and after a little poking a prodding through Amazon. I received a full refund(no restocking fee). If you read the fine print before buying it says they only charge a restocking fee if the machine is found to not be defective once its returned. Their customer service is decent, but its faster to go through Amazon. Refund took about 3 weeks, not....terrible. Raising the rating to 2 stars because they were very friendly overall. Hopefully when the new pc arrives I can give a full in depth review, and give a proper rating.

Did not come with 500 GB SSD as described. No time to return before Xmas. Without the SSD theis is not a good deal at all. Will update review if they make good on this problem. Update: started process of returning. Was asked to provide a few pics but Skytech seems to be responsive. Will update when my return is complete.

Computer arrived well packaged. Setup was straightforward and it was up and running in a short time. Performance seems fine and to the best of my knowledge there dont seem to be any technical issues. It comes with a wired mouse and keyboard. They both work fine. So what are the issues? 1. The computer came with no documentation.. no manual, no invoice/receipt, not even a "thank for your purchase" type note. Very unprofessional for such a large purchase. 2. There are no carry handles and its quite bulky. There just doesnt seem to be anywhere to grip it and its quite heavy. Thankfully I wont be moving it too often. 3. It doesnt come back on automatically after a power outage. You have to manually push the power button. That sucks because I cant rely on it to perform tasks when Im away from home. This is the main negative that Ive found so far. I havent used tech support so I cant comment on that. Ill update the review as I learn more about the unit.

Edit: jumped the gun on writing a bad review. I contacted support the first time and got nothing back for over a day, when they did get back to me they asked for my invoice and sent the replacements NDA free of charge no questions asked. The PC runs great, like I mentioned before, just a slip up in the packing department PC runs great after buying the things the manufacturer forgot to put in the box. Pretty annoyed I had to spend an extra $30 on top of this, but I kinda expected it. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I noticed there was no antennas for the WiFi chip actually installed to the MOBO and not a separate dongle like other buyers got, but that’s okay I run wired anyway Go back to the box only to find they didn’t include the power cable or the mouse either, just some extremely cheap keyboard After buying the extra stuff I needed the PC runs great. GTA V is running between 90-110fps on high, Fallout 4 is running well too but fluctuates heavily. Overall the PC does it’s intended purpose but for me, out of the box it was useless without some effort and extra money

This pc is well in budget, I bought it for $650 and it runs most games at the highest settings at 60+ fps and on fortnite it can reach up to 300 fps, Apex Legends all low settings up to 200 fps and all high settings fortnite and apex around 80 fps. It can also run Rainbow six siege all highest settings at around 120 fps. Bo4 at very high settings around 80 almost steady 80 fps.

Bargain for what you pay. If you’re considering pc gaming this is probably one of the best prebuilt entry level pc for the price. It comes with a 650watt 80plus bronze thermaltake powersupply instead of the 500w it says in the description. Mine personally came with a xpg 2400mhz 8gb ddr4 ram, gigabytes amd rx 580 4gb, hp sata3 500gb ssd, an msi a320m pro plus motherboard, gen 2 ryzen 5 2600, disk reader, 1 exhaust fan at the back and 2 intake fans in the front. The pc runs r6 siege on very high at 90+ fps and rings of elysium at high at 60fps. They definitely cheap out on the ram and motherboard but it’s still really decent for what you pay especially considering you get an ssd. I would definitely recommend upgrading the ram completely with different sticks. It will also come with a mouse and keyboard but I would definitely recommend buying better accessories. The case is pretty but definitely cheap. Still no issues with that. They will also include a usb2.0 wifi adapter. I believe you will need to purchase a Bluetooth adapter separately if you want Bluetooth. Came with all the necessary drivers and programs but it will also include some unnecessary files as well. Cable management isn’t terrible but could be better. I benchmarked the pc stock with no overclocking in Unigine Heaven on high and ulta settings. Definitely a bit room for overclocking but you’ll need better cooling and possibly a new motherboard.
