I’ve got some words to say about this company. You guys have an amazing deal on such a nice built pc. Comes with a keyboard and mouse with really good parts at a affordable price. Not to mention the case with RGB custom lighting is very clean and easy to use. Yet, I had a big problem when it came down to the protective sealed air product care you guys use. The person who packaged my pc put the WARNING label inside of my pc. I had no clue that this was even inside of the box itself because you obviously can’t see into it. I played a very easy game on the pc L4d2 and my GPU overheated to the point of where my screen turned offand instantly I knew something was wrong. I opened the case to see this sealed air productive cover and the WARNING LABEL inside of the pc itself... I understand this is an accident and hopefully whoever did this is much more careful next time btw my CPU was on desktop at 98% usage with my GPU having no programs running at 90 C.

Ariived on time, everything looked good out of the box, and then i turned it on. It attempted to boot up and die in about 30 seconds. I figured maybe I didnt have the plug connected all the way, so I made sure it was secure, and tried to boot it up again....nothing. I finally got it to turn on for longer than 30 seconds, and downloaded some games. All of them played fine, so i was happy. Then randomly it shut off in the middle of game, and I havent been able to get it to boot up since. Their tech support was lack luster. I really wish they would test the product thoroughly before shipping it to the customer. Despite all this, from when it was functioning it was everything I hoped for. So after I get my refund I will purchase a second Archangel in hopes this one was just faulty. Will update once I receive the second pc. So far though, this has been a 1-star experience. Edit: Sent back the defective pc, and after a little poking a prodding through Amazon. I received a full refund(no restocking fee). If you read the fine print before buying it says they only charge a restocking fee if the machine is found to not be defective once its returned. Their customer service is decent, but its faster to go through Amazon. Refund took about 3 weeks, not....terrible. Raising the rating to 2 stars because they were very friendly overall. Hopefully when the new pc arrives I can give a full in depth review, and give a proper rating.
