Thing runs great at its price point. Went from gaming on a MAC to this and the difference is night and day. Would highly suggest buying a different wifi adapter with your order cause the one they give you is a POS to be honest.

My son spent $700 from his summer job o purchase this product. When the unit stopped working 2 monts later we called tech support. They told us we could send it in for repair. We did. They called us back and told us that the ram was missing from inside the unit. My son told them that he had not removed anything and that the unit was sent back as it was received. That was a couple weeks ago. They did not follow up with us. I called them 30 minutes ago to find out the status and was told the same thing. They have offered no solution. After trying to explain that no one removed any hardware, i asked how much the missing component was. I was told $80. I have agreed to purchase the part, because at this point he spent $700 for something that doesnt work and clearly they have no intention of returning or repairing te computer.

My issue is with the RAM... The product description clearly says G.SKILL RAM... do you get that? Maybe yes in my case NO. When I purchased this computer I looked at the pictures of the product. it is a stand out feature in the pics... RIPJAW Bright red G Skills RAM in 3 of the pics. Great looking computer... Works well enough... I purchased this computer in July and when I did I placed a second 8 Gig G.SKILL DDR4 2400 MHz in my cart... I moved it to save for later... Later came this week... and I purchased the additional RAM... Looking forward to a much faster computer Right? I got the new RAM yesterday... That is when I noticed the cheap generic RAM the builders switched out... OK maybe it will work... no dice. The timing is different with the RAM and I have just wasted my money and Time buying more RAM that I now have to what... anyone want a cheap generic 8 gig DDR4 2400 GHz chip for really cheap... I called Amazon... they cant do anything... I called Sky Tech and they wont do anything... I even called G.Skills but they though I was crazy... all I can do now is warn you that you may or may not get what you see in the pictures and read in the product description... Great Partners Sky Tech and G.Skills... They may are may not be partners after all... it might just be a lie to sell more units... did anyone get a computer from Sky Tech with the RIP JAW DDR4 RAM? I didnt... It sure looks good in the pictures though... Why not give it less stars? It would have been a FIVE STAR Review. If I was able to resolve this issue without having to spend even more money to get what I wanted and paid for in the first place.

Computer keeps blue screening or restarting over and over again. But at least it doesn’t crash when I play overwatch when I try to do anything on this computer. *Update 12/10/18* So I replaced a few parts and still blue screens, I think this was a pretty bad build. I could say its allot like buying very expensive garbage.

I have been using this computer for about three days and i am already having a s*** ton of issues, first problem: the audio is messed up, you cant really hear anyone talking that much. second problem: some games that i have are discolored or like blurry, it looks like if the screen was broken so tried my dads monitor, it was the same thing this PC cant run the games that i have properly. only some games work, its not my monitor that is broken it is the PC! i already tried playing the games that were messed up on my dads monitor, it still shows the same thing. PLEASE FIX THIS SKY TECH I BEG YOU!

This is a great purchase for the budget gamer in need of a new computer. The case is beautiful and functional with topside ports and an outer cover for the CD player to maintain a clean appearance on the outside. Someone obviously paid a lot of attention to providing optimal cooling, and the cables are neatly tucked out of the way where they can barely be seen, and fans are placed at the front and in the back of the unit in such a way as to provide optimal airflow. As though that werent enough, they even provide a fairly decent gaming mouse and keyboard, and not the cheap bottom of the barrel versions that come with most computers. Most importantly however, set up was a breeze, and worked flawlessly out of the box. If your looking for a budget gaming PC this one is a great pick.

Computer came packed as advertised but no documentation whatsoever. Had to figure out how to get video working on our screen--it took 3 trips to the store to finally get the right adapters. Machine will not work wih hdmi--need to adapt to dvi. Sound was another issue. Typical green connection in back seems to need drivers or something. Rather, had to use top holes. Took a while to figure out how to work headphones with mic. I had headphones going through the audio hole on top but mic would not work. Somehow my son got it going but cant tell you how. I think the makers of the product put in nice parts but didnt go through the trouble of loading drivers etc, that most of us are used to getting with our product. If you are not computer savvy, find someone who is. May have to do some google research on what to do as well. Weve had it a couple of months so far and it plays Fortnight no problem. Actually, no problems at all in anything. Havent yet loaded microsoft office--hopefully will just load without problems.

Got the ArchAngel last week. Pretty good device all things considering on what you are paying for. Other than the PC you get: A basic keyboard (lights up like a rainbow but is pretty cheap standard plastic that you will have to break in for it to feel good) A basic mouse (has a DPI button and 2 side buttons for back and forward overall its pretty alright for a standard stock mouse or a backup mouse) A plugin wireless receiver (Its nothing to write home about I use an Ethernet cable so this wasnt used.) Issue: Noticed when setting up the device that windows needed to be registered. Looked on the Case, checked in the box with the Keyboard and the wireless adapter and mouse, looked on the outside packaging that the Case came in. Nothing. Now to be fair I tried to contact the tech support line but it was after hours. Thankfully I have a habit of taking my old devices and not only logging each windows key but also storing the stickers that come with the unit in case something like this happens. So I took an old windows 7 key and registered the device. Thing is this is gonna be a big deal for a new user if that key isnt present for them. Again to reiterate, I checked the box that came with the mouse, keyboard, the inside of the wireless adapter, on the outside and the inside of the PC Casing and the box in which the unit arrived and found nothing resembling the Windows Product Key. In the Companys defense it is possible I am simply missing where this key should be located. Because I had a spare windows 7 key I did not pursue a follow up with the tech support. I will only ding the product 1 star because of this.

My dinosaur PC, my goodness its over two years old, getting so clunky that needed to upgrade. Price seemed right and so far very satisfied after two days of working with the new one. Super well packaged so arrived safely, nice looking machine and even came with keyboard and mouse which I hadnt expected. Plug-and-go setup. Negligible bloatware. Part of the careful packaging, even extruded foam packet inside PC to make sure components not jarred in shipping. And pulling the packet out easy as side cover slid off easily allowing access to interior, not the unscrewing and plying and tugging that seems standard with so many Desktops. Did have to contact tech support about some cosmetic issues, wondering what was with the app to change colors of the LEDs lighting up PCs interior, which did nothing. Emailed Customer Service and to my surprise, response 18 minutes later. Usually lucky to get a next-day reply. Two more email exchanges and this particular model with this serial number didnt support multi-color LEDs. This being something that wasnt advertised, and something I dont care about, seemed only fair. But impressed with the Customer Service.

This pc is a great starter PC for a Gamer, or a good upgrade if you havent had one in awhile. The Motherboard on this PC is okay, it isnt the best. but it does its job without fail. The Ryzen 3 is an amazing budget processor, its great for Basic gaming, but dont expect it to do too much. The ram Is only 8gb with 2400 MGHZ. so its not very big, i would recommend you buy a second stick or a pair of sticks after buying this desktop. the Ram it comes with works, but it is not enough to handle Serious games or multitasking projects. The HDD is the one thing i HIGHLY recommend you look at upgrading, buy a small little SSD for 30-50 dollars and clone the Os over to it, will improve your experience with this desktop dramatically. The 1050 TI is a cute little GPU that will play almost any game without issues, its a great card to get for the money and will work perfectly, but it is a farcry from Mid to high tier GPU cards. you get a 500W power supply which will handle newer hardware very well. and a basic CD/DVD player. a nice touch. Overall, this PC is great if you can get it on a sale for around 500 bucks, anything over 600 and you may want to look elsewhere. The PC is great and works perfect with light games like fornight and overwatch. This PC is highly and easily upgradeable. and the case can handle a full atx board. My current setup for this pc is as follows. Ryzen 5 2600 OC to 4.1GHZ 2 G.skill Trident 3200 MGZ 8x2 GB sticks. x470 Gaming plus MSI Full ATX a 500 GB SSD 1 X 500 GB HD 1 X 1000 GB HD RFX 8GB 580 AMD GPU.
