After looking to build a pc and pricing it out, my brother found this thing on here. its a pretty damn good deal and around a 100$ cheaper than what i was going to build with a better graphics card. My first impressions: -The computers mechanical hard drive is painfully slow and really limits the speed of the computer. My brother had 250g samsung solid state drive that he had yet install on his computer and gifted it to me. After cloning my system onto it I installed it as my first dedicated hard drive and now use the mechanical hard drive as extra storage. That is the biggest single upgrade you should do if you get this computer. -The computer is missing microsd and sd slot (memory cards for cameras). For 11$ i bought one that that has numerous ports and an additional usb 2.0 and installed into the extra bay in front the computer. Note, Dont buy one that uses usb 3.0 because it doesnt have an extra additional usb slot 3.0 on the motherboard, however it has extra usb 2.0 slots on the motherboard. -The motherboard is cheap but it works, the only bummer is that motherboard is not able to overclock the processor which is a shame because the processor used in this machine can -The case was not as ugly as i thought it would be.I was originally going to put it in new case or shell when i was looking at it on the internet but to be honest it doesnt bother me as much as i thought it would. - The mouse is garbage that it comes with, however the keyboard is fine. Already had an 8$ bluetooth mouse laying around so thats what i am using. It really is a decent PC and can run overwatch and fortnight no problem. If you buy this computer i would definitely recommend putting in a SSD (hard drive) to improve performance (night and day difference). I have yet to add more ram because its seems fine with the 8 gb it has. Buy a new mouse and your set.

Looks great, boots fast. Husband is currently benching it but hasnt got any snags so far. Two items of note, discrepancies between Amazon description and actual spec. Includes aftermarket cooler, which is probably better than stock, but motherboard model is different and does not have an M2 slot. Does have a spare PCIE slot so a cheap adapter should fix that. Also, super props for including a (nice) mouse and keyboard!

This computer is really really nice. It’s amazing compared to my previous computer. The main games I play I can run on full settings and get upwards of 120fps, those games being League, CS, Fortnite, Etc. I had a problem with it and I contacted customer service. It went straight to voice mail so I figured it out myself after about 40 minutes of investigating (a cord (SataG_1 I think) had come unplugged from the hard drive and all I had to do was push it back in. A while later I got a call telling me that they thought i might have a cord unplugged and they could walk me through it, so A+ on the customer support, and A+ on the quality of the machine. However if you’re planning to purchase this, make sure you have a DVI-d(24+1), DisplayPort, or Hdmi monitor port. I had to buy an dvi-d(24+1) to VGA adapter because I was unaware that the motherboard’s monitor port was disabled until it arrived. All in all this is without a doubt the best purchase I’ve made in a long long time. It’s also a bit bigger than I thought it’d be but that’s my own fault for not noting the measurements

Got this as a gift for my son who is an avid gamer and his previous system was an Alienware. However looking at the cost with an Alienware with less than these specifications was prohibitive. Somehow we found this and can’t believe it. Everything runs well, no issues but most importantly as a customer I had a question for the support staff/ team. It was something simple and my mistake and I emailed on Labor Day weekend not expecting to hear back until Tuesday the earliest but no - I had a reply within the hour which clarified my confusion. This is worth it more than the system to me. It’s so rare sadly to get this level of support on high ticket items especially when Amazon was the seller. ( there was a paper inside the box with SkyTech contact details info for any issues) it’s great to know that the support is there and not just words on paper. I highly recommend this. If for some reason you’re reading this then you may be thinking about getting it - do it ! You won’t be sorry.

For those who didnt see my first review, it was along the lines of "PC wont game, and dont know whats wrong, please HALP!". Well, Skytech Support came through and HALPED! PC arrived with a bad graphics card. Display would shut off after any moderate stress, so basically if playing any modern game. Sometimes, I couldnt even make it to the game itself before it went black. After extensive testing and troubleshooting with Skytech, they arrived at the conclusion that it was a bad GPU and sent me a new one. 6 days later, threw it in and tests are going fine! Everything seems to be running well. Now, heres a review of the product (now that its working...). Please keep in mind that I have extensive gaming history, but never on PCs, only on consoles. The case itself is quite stunning. The blue light emitted by the cooling system looks amazing. The system overall is quiet, but not silent. You will hear this system running, but I have yet to be distracted by the noise. So far, it seems to be quite responsive overall. A few hiccups here and there, but I think that is quite fast. The games I have tested so far run very smooth. I have not used a Frames Per Second counter, however. I can only speak from what I noticed. Overall, this seems to be a great starter gaming PC for moderate players. Minus the rocky start (thus the 4/5), I love this PC. And you can buy knowing youll have some great tech support an email away!

Install Flash Player Originally many mostly aesthetic issues, however Amazon did the right thing for us. Other users have described the quality of the computer as well as I could. However, it appears each computer is assembled with different parts. Perhaps a garage operation? I had to go through 3 total replacements of these within the first week or purchase. Ill start by saying all of the computer front lighting was and is still perfectly working. Note that you cannot change the colors of the front end. Now, the first came with interior lights broken and emitting a very low dim off yellow. Upon receiving a replacement I noticed the front cover was busted out so that the front would not fully close, and the interior was bent from over inflation of the bubble wrap. Interior lights on the second model also were not operational. Yes, even after all updates to the system. The third one sent to me also had no interior lighting so I decided to give up. Amazon did the right thing, because at the time we were going through important testing that required a computer and made things super easy for us. We kept the broken product and it has since worked flawlessly just with zero interior lighting as described. Forgetting the seller for a moment I would like to point out this is exactly why everyone should be using Amazon. Amazing customer service and safety in all your purchases! Buyer be warned this product seems to be different with each purchase. I highly recommend the warranty however we did not even receive the warranty info we purchased as well lol. Would recommend based off of price vs parts and quality, but know that there is risk in buying cheap.

Product defective! Worked for a few hours then proceeded to have fatal errors which locked the computer up. We had this pc overnighted due to kids needing a pc for school work. Skynet refused to rectify the situation by overnighting the replacement! Horrible customer service! Don’t be a sucker like I was. I’d give 0 stars if I were able to score that low!

Let me start by saying Im not a computer brainiac but I know my way around a computer to get them set up. What I dont know i ask or Google it. Here are the things I dont like. No bluetooth enabled. Before someone says, its in the settings. I looked and so did my computer nerd brother. Bluetooth not there. Had to order a bluetooth adapter. Im a new gamer and I need a computer with better specs. Which brings me to my next issue. The sound will not work any of my 4 headsets and or speakers. Ive tried front and back plugins. Nothing! Just annoying for such simple things to be so hard to be active. Okay its a holiday weekend I will call support tomorrow to see if I can get some assistance. If these issues can be corrected with support I will change my rating. Happy computer searching! :) 9.4.18 update: changed to 4 stars because tech support fixed my sound issue is 5 minutes. Lol!

Have only had it for a couple days, but can help with deciding what to get. The graphics card, great! No complaints with the 1050ti. The processor, actually better than expected! 8gb of ram, can run most games no problem. For those wondering, I have tested it on cs go and dota 2. Cs go, I get 200 FPS on high settings. Dota is easy to run. This pc is actually a great buy with the capability to upgrade as well. You won’t be disappointed at all.

I have owned and used several branded computers both Mac and PC - high end laptops for the most part. The Skytech Archangel ( with NVIDIA1060) is my first assembled computer and it is by far the best computer I have found for my purposes in; power, speed, smoothness of operation and reliability all at a price that is half to one-third of what I have expected to pay. I have little technical expertise so had some minor [Ryzen & GTX 1060 Edition] SkyTech ArchAngel Gaming Computer Desktop PC Ryzen 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core, GTX 1060 3GB, 8GB DDR4 2400, 1TB HDD, 24X DVD, Wi-Fi USB, Windows 10 Home 64-bit problems in putting everything together - an email note to the support site brought quick assistance. The technician who helped me was exceedingly knowledgeable (not to mention patient and good-humored) The customer support thus certainly ranks with the best I have ever experienced. I feel I have a computer equal to any I would have had custom-made,using the best of components, at a price well below anything I expected to pay after months of research. I highly recommend this machine and this company for anyone who wants high quality at a reasonable price.
