I had same problem as the review below!!! Machine installed Windows updates, fan became super noisy and machine became extremely hot. Glad it didnt cause a fire! On top of that Amazon delivery person threw it behind my bushes?? OVERHEATS - Bad Processor for this tiny form factor. ByAmazon Customeron May 2, 2017 Capacity: 8GB RAM + 128GB Solid State Drive (6Gb/s) I ordered 2 of these. I opened the first and booted it up, ran the updates, and began configuration. The unit quickly began to heat up very fast and very hot. I thought maybe it was a fluke and defective, so I tried the 2nd and it happened again. I am attributing it to the AMD Processor. I have been buying these Lenovo Thinkcentre Tiny units with Intel processors and have never had this issue. I do not recommend the AMD processor

I purchased a Lenovo form OEMGENUINE with the upgraded 500SD hard drive primarily due to the 3 year warranty. The 500SD drive shortly died. I called Lenovo and they checked the model # and serial # and said they did not install the hard drive so the 3 year warranty was not valid. OEMGENUINE has a generic web site and you cant get anyone on the phone. I emailed them the model # and serial #s as requested and then could never get a response from them. I tried several times. I had to pay to get it replaced elsewhere. Check their site prior to purchasing to see the quality of service you will receive if there is a problem that should be covered by a warranty.
