A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT was that the Windows 10 PRO wouldnt activate. I had to spend about 30+ minutes with Microsoft to fix the issue... they said this is COMMON with Lenovo new builds, thats totally inexcusable. ALSO, the warranty is supposed to be a year, it has &lt;9 months left on warranty when I go to Lenovos site, yet have had unit only a few days. (These issues have been fixed) UPDATE 6/13/2017 Now that the initial inconveniences have passed, I will say this is an EXCELLENT PC. INCREDIBLY fast, stable as the Rock of Gibraltar, and the most quiet PC I have owned. Truly, I could not be more happy with my purchase. I bought the model with 16GB RAM/500GB SSD. I will say, initial issues aside, this is a FLAWLESS machine - every port and every function work as intended to the highest spec possible (meaning the USB 3.0 ports actually obtain the spoeeds they are capable of as long as the device you use is capable of the same). Lenovo has a new fan.

Great computer, exactly what I needed. I buy computers from them all the time and love their work. I’ve had only a couple of problems. I’m don’t like it how I can’t contact the company directly, I have to deal with amazon. Windows 10 didn’t come activated and would not activate, so I had to call Amazon support. They were nice but 20 minutes on the phone, then I had to call Microsoft and enter a whole bunch of numbers so I could enter some more numbers and get it activated. I value my time, they lost a star for making me waste 45 minutes at a clients office that I didn’t get paid for.

Great computer, boots fast, I have the 256 gb ssd with Win 10 pro.The only issue I have it seems to go into a sleep mode or something and will not come back. The display goes off. I turned off hibernation and sleep and it still does this. I need to push the power button for 10 secs or so and do a hard boot to get it back. I have extended the power modes so that the display and other things should not go off for over an hour or more. Any thoughts? thaxs John

Ive had it two days and so far, its great. My only complaint is that every time I moved the computer very much, it would shut down. Thinking there was a short in either the computer itself or the power cord that came with it, I tried the power cord from my old computer and the issue stopped. Hopefully, thats all it is and I wont have any more problems. Otherwise, its very fast and runs so quietly I can barely hear it.

This machine flies...starts up, opens files faster than a fly heading for a big steamy pile of sheet.. Operates nicely...seriously. Bear in mind a couple of things it does not have is wireless built in, so you will have to get an adapter...and it breathes through a grill on top so you can not cover such if you like laying flat.

the display port just doesnt work. I tried multiple cables, eventually I had to go to VGA. I wanted the higher resolution for the VGA. I tried to get updates from lenovo and I got them all, and it still would not recognize the display port. Im not a fan of display port at all, they should stick with HDMI. Everything else is ok. Runs well. Still a good system if you dont mind using VGA.
