It has been 4 months since I started using this computer and it still is not working properly. Because I called shortly after the return policy, they would not provide me with a new computer. Their solutions to the problem did not resolve the problem. Now I am dealing with Lenovo directly through their support and it is an extreme hassle. They say they will contact my local service rep, and then I dont hear anything. I call Lenovo and they said they will contact them again. When I ask Lenovo for contact information, they say they dont have it (I guess they contact them some unique way since they refuse to give me a name, phone # or email address). And so it goes round and round.

This product was supposed to come with a Windows 10 pro upgrade. There was no media or keys anywhere to be found in the box. Contacting tech support sent me directly to Lenovo who did send me restore media for this product and Windows 10 pro, Only problem is that it was not activated and again product key was nowhere to be found. Buyer Beware.

Absolute junk. Set up my computer and transferred all information. After a week the computer had a blue screen hardware fail. A complete waste of my time. Not sure I believe these are new.

Beware, I ordered this computer with the solid state hard drive and the most important reasons for buying this computer were the solid state hard drive and the 3 year on site warranty that turns out to be worthless. Unknown to me, the solid state hard drive was not installed by Lenovo. The solid state drive failed and I called Lenovo and they informed me that they sold this computer with a standard hard drive so it is not covered by the Lenovo warranty. I have made several attempts to contact the Seller through Amazon as well and by myself and have forwarded the model # and serial # as requested but then never get back any response. And the phone line listed only has a recorder that refers you to a web site. Beware if you are looking at this computer.

Ive ordered nearly 30 of these machines over the past several years and never had any issues with them until now. Had a customer complain that the machine wasnt working properly. Went to Lenovo and they suggested running a hardware scan on the machine. Scan came back with smart short test failure on the SSD. Contacted OEMGenuine. This is where I learned about their warranty and support. First off if your machine is down they only offer email response in one business day. Try calling them and get a voice message stating support should be cirected via email. Oh boy. They email me back in one day and state that the machine will need to be boxed up and sent back to them. They do provide a ups pre-paid sticker to ship it. They also state that optionally the defective part may be sent instead of shipping the whole machine. I mailed them the defective SSD drive and waited about a week and received a replacement drive back. The drive is blank. Nothing on it. No way to restore the OS. The email they sent explained how the data on the drive would be wiped and it would be restored to factory. Now i have a machine thats useless. A customer who has been without their machine for over 2 weeks. Its a good concept but horribly executed. Ive contacted them about the drive being blank and theres been no response. Ive got to find a new vendor now.

I like that the seller upgraded to an SSD then downgraded to Windows 7 Professional. That saves me a TON of time. The system works great - no complaints or issues. In fact, I just ordered a second one!

Use it to see medical imaging still and video. Machine boots quickly and is silent. Works well. I was concerned about the SSD but works well. Package arrived on time and packaging was good.
