We really like these little devices. Have bought about a half dozen so far. Since most of our users operate with two monitors, this configuration allows us to just connect multiple monitors without the need for adapters. The 8gb RAM combined with SSD drive provide snappy performance even when multi-tasking with office and browser apps. Quick, quiet, energy efficient, and no drama. Thats the way we like it.

Ran Lenovo Update Software that is pre-loaded, yes a year and 3 months so out of warranty. The software is connected to Lenovos servers and should bring down the correct updates for this machine. The Lenovo software picks and recommends just like windows update services, so as the consumer I have to respect the manufacturers advice. After running and installing the updates from the Lenovo server, the updater software requests to reboot the machine. Upon re-boot, the machine will not boot back up. Error > Secure Boot Violation Call Lenovo Tech support, they should know they have some issue going on here.... Its their system that created the issue. Instead of help, they want money before they will tell me what to do to correct this. Im cool with paying for support, but not when their onboard bloatware creates the problem. So if I dont give them $69.00 I get no help. I think they created the issue on purpose to extort the money from me. LENOVO = EXTORTION I paid $449.00 for the device, they want $69.00 to talk to me. Im throwing this 15 month old computer in the trash and will buy another brand this afternoon, and it wont have onboard diagnostics like Lenovo has to hook and screw the customer 3 months after the warranty runs out.

Excellent Win7-64 machine. Going with the SSD option game me an excellent desktop up to any task except demanding gaming (NOT a concern of mine). The wifi, sometimes a weak spot on small form factor (SFF) machines, is strong and reliable. Note that this does NOT COME WITH VGA OUTPUT. Theres a number of great, low-cost hdmi-to-vga adapters out there if you have an older monitor.

Great compact unit, get it with an SSD drive...makes it much faster. Great value for the money.. But then the problems started. So after we had the unit for a while, and this one came loaded with W7 it turned out there were a slew of problems reading USB devices. The ports simply fail...all of them stopped reading external hard drives and flash drives as well. No upgrades would fix it. Then the sound failed and especially on streaming HTML5 players there were endless popping sounds. Driver upgrades did not help. So came the time to bite the bullet and to upgrade to W10. Even with the system stating that it has a W7/W10 license ...there is no restore software to go to W10, no media creator you can run...especially if the system had to be restored before due to all the problems. Contacting OEM genuine support is completely useless. So you have to deal with Lenovo and there you will pay for the restore disks/usb flash drive. Not worth the trouble!

Excellent mini PC. This is doing exactly what we needed. It is in the conference room, its out of the way but available when needed. Not the most powerful system but it does not need to be, we only use it for projecting powerpoints, Skype, inet and other basic meeting needs. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a basic system or has specific needs for an ultra small footprint.

After 62 days( 2 days after the Amazon Return policy) the unit died after the Windows upgrade. Customer service was very kind and I spent 65 minutes Plus. I am waiting for the Restore Drive from Lenovo .I will lose all the time I spent in setting up and other software installation.. I have another unit, I am afraid to touch it to upgrade!! Poor/Unreliable Quality. Stay Away from it...

Ive purchased 2 of these and they work great! My business has 20+ PCs that I keep alive and these are definitely the least troublesome. They just work. Theyre fast, tiny, and plenty powerful for most applications. They have a weird video port so order an adapter.

Works well as a desktop computer without all of the clutter. Pros: SMALL! Can attach it behind your monitor if you want. Comes with Win 7. Quiet. Includes m.2 hard drive which is speedy. Supports dual monitors. Havent had any issues with graphics when running two 1920 x 1080 monitors. Built in bluetooth. Cons: 8 MB RAM slows some graphics/video operations but more than enough for Office applications. Only one RAM slot. Need DisplayPort plugs to run monitors - no big deal but had to purchase them separately. For $420, definitely worth a look.

I like the form factor. The machine is nice, except for the CPU. I wasnt throwing a particularly demanding CPU workload at this thing, but the processor is an absolute constant bottleneck. It barely runs the OS. The processor is just shockingly bad, running Windows feels like maybe equal to a Pentium IV. Just horrid.

Fast, TINY, super easy to set up. Just make sure you have a DisplayPort to x adapter for whatever monitor youre using if it doesnt have a Display Port port built in. I lost 2 days with setting up this desktop (NOT a flaw) because I didnt order a display converter cable. My bad. But the desktop is awesome. Its essentially a Mac mini in PC format.
