Computer would startup ok, but then freeze up after a couple of windows were opened. Restarted it several times, talked with technical support twice, install updates, all with no luck. I was a bit concerned about purchasing a refurbished machine, now I know why. Not worth all the extra time trouble shooting, shipping it back, etc just to save a couple of bucks. I should have purchased a new machine.

Horrible ... it takes five minutes or more to boot up, no instructions , I have to purchase the office package and that took two tries to download. I try to go into an app and cannot open anything. I try to reboot and nothing happens. I have to turn the computer off. When I speak with technical support they cannot clearly speak English and no one else is available
