Poor technical support. Purchased a unit that will not boot up or send power to USB ports. OEM sent (3) automated emails, the last of which stated not their problem - contact Lenovo. From: Technical Support <support@oemgenuine.com> Sent: Monday, April 30, 2018 6:01 PM To: Kevin Conway <kconway@associatedplumbing.com> Subject: RE: Lenovo ThinkCentre M600 - Wont Boot Up Please note this email address handles Oemgenuine hardware warranty claims only. What is an Oemgenuine limited hardware warranty? The Oemgenuine warranty starts and ends at the same time as the manufacturers warranty. The two overlap in time for the purpose of acting as a supplemental limited warranty for any hardware components ONLY that may have been upgraded in your machine if mentioned in the listing. If you are not reporting a hardware failure ONLY for those specific upgraded components simply contact the manufacturer directly for technical or warranty inquiries as you would ordinarily to find out if you have coverage for your issue. If you purchased a Lenovo please review the following: Please remember to launch the thinkvantage utility by clicking start in Windows or in the control panel and double click on updates and drivers so Lenovo can scan your machine to determine if it any updates are necessary. Please remember do this on a monthly basis as it will resolve many potential issues that you might be having and it makes sure your machine is running all the latest updates. After 6 months unit began to beep and would not come on. OEM Online had me ship it to them to fix under the 3-year warranty. They returned it 2 weeks later fried and not beeping anymore with a note saying it seems to be a burnt motherboard. They will not respond to my emails or fix what they broke. They should replace the unit or motherboard they fried. I am now going to reach out to Lenovo and make them aware of this company.

Why is the customer unable to contact vendor about the warranty? in this case a 3yr warranty for a defective computer, which started to show problems after initial purchase return trial period. I cant get Lenovo to honor the supposedly 3yr warranty, now that the computer is having problems - poor accountability - RFF
