Poor technical support. Purchased a unit that will not boot up or send power to USB ports. OEM sent (3) automated emails, the last of which stated not their problem - contact Lenovo. After 6 months unit began to beep and would not come on. OEM Online had me ship it to them to fix under the 3-year warranty. They returned it 2 weeks later fried and not beeping anymore with a note saying it seems to be a burnt motherboard. They will not respond to my emails or fix what they broke. They should replace the unit or motherboard they fried. I am now going to reach out to Lenovo and make them aware of this company.

Why is the customer unable to contact vendor about the warranty? in this case a 3yr warranty for a defective computer, which started to show problems after initial purchase return trial period. I cant get Lenovo to honor the supposedly 3yr warranty, now that the computer is having problems - poor accountability - RFF
