Poor technical support. Purchased a unit that will not boot up or send power to USB ports. OEM sent (3) automated emails, the last of which stated not their problem - contact Lenovo. What is an Oemgenuine limited hardware warranty? The Oemgenuine warranty starts and ends at the same time as the manufacturers warranty. The two overlap in time for the purpose of acting as a supplemental limited warranty for any hardware components ONLY that may have been upgraded in your machine if mentioned in the listing. If you are not reporting a hardware failure ONLY for those specific upgraded components simply contact the manufacturer directly for technical or warranty inquiries as you would ordinarily to find out if you have coverage for your issue.
