I got this computer a couple of months ago and have had issues with it from the beginning. I cant get rid of Microsoft Edge which is always making itself my default browser. It ran out of memory with only a couple of files of photos in the pictures folder, it shows it still has more than 90% unused space on the hard drive!!!! It wont read my external hard drive anymore, though it works on my other computer. I am at a loss as to what is wrong with it. It wouldnt load microsoft office because there is no space. I wish I could return it, but it has past the return date.

fine computer if you only need something basic. has all the necessities. however, if youre looking for a computer that needs to do any heavy lifting, this isnt the one for you. the product title claims it has DDR4 memory, but in the specs, it actually says DDR3. in addition, dont buy this assuming you can upgrade it. the PSU and motherboard are essentially impossible to upgrade.

There is nothing that I dislike about this computer.It is small,but loaded with everything you could possibly imagine from a PC. Never had a Dell before.But would highly reccommend this computer to anyone.Great value from Amazon.

I dont do anything complex on my computer but needed a new one. This dell was easy to set up, was inexpensive and so far has performed to my expectations. Im sure it can do far more than I ask of it but it does everything I need. Ill reserve final judgement for 5 to 10 years. Longevity is an important feature for me.

The computer is a good home computer for the little I do on it. I was disappointed to find that it did not have Microsoft word in it as my EMachine did. I can obtain Microsoft word and office if I pay for it which I do not want to do at this time. I use word pad for all the things I need to write and print out. It was packaged well and it is smaller and more compact than my old computer. I am not sure at this time if I like Windows 10 and a lot of my friends are saying the same thing. I guess I will just have to get used to it. I would recommend this computer for home use.
