The computer came very securely packaged, was very simple to set up, and allowed me to start gaming right away! Loading times are very quick, and I have been able to play in 2K without any issues - my picture quality is great. Its also super quiet sitting right next to me. This build is a great price for the quality of the components. I looked at building this PC by purchasing the pieces separately, and when including Windows, it was almost the same price. Definitely recommend this PC to anyone looking to play in QHD without breaking the bank!

Great prebuilt PC for beginners Pros: its quiet and runs great. Easy setup and looks great. Cons: only comes with 2 120mm fans and a cheap air cooler so when gaming (not overclocking) my processor temps will get above 75°c and game will freeze up and tabs would close. When idle temps will be around 43°c. Power supply is a generic 500w one and when I opened it up it looked like a 3yr old got ahold of it with glue paste. Recommendations: So I upgraded to a 850w power supply by Thermaltake. Switched out the air cooler with the Corsair H100i pro liquid cooler (had to shift the radiator a little bit and remove the LED strip for the radiator to mount to the top because the ram cards keep you from mounting it in the provided brackets on top). Replaced the 2 fans with 4 Corsair LL120 fans and the Corsair commander pro to control everything since there are only 3 fan slot on the motherboard. My PC is now louder because of all the fans but I dont even notice it with my headset on. My processor now is averaging 45°c when gaming and like 29°c idle. Plus with the RGB from the fans lets me enjoy the inside of my PC more.

As a gaming machine, good bang for the $$$. But the built-in WiFi comm is problemmatic. As an experienced PC user, the issue lies with the hardware wireless feature, not the MS or Intel WiFi software. At power-up the connecting w/ the wireless network is re-initiated each time, leading to handshaking difficulties, and repeated user frustration. Rebooting is necessary until connection is finally established. This WiFi comm problem seems endemic with gaming machines, which is why they often dont come with WiFi capabilities at all. The solution is a wired(ethernet) comm setup, which is what we are now manually employing with this unit. The comm situation is stable, predictable, and the user is satisfied with the reality. Necessity is the mother of resourceful adapabtability. Troubleshooting and problem solving come with the territory. Sometimes the tried-and-true methods are the most reliable. Forewarned is forearmed.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews on this PC , regarding wrong parts and what not. Upon receiving mine, I checked it all out and everything seemed perfectly good. This is my first gaming PC ever and I was looking for a PC that was above just good/average but nothing too crazy expensive, top notch high end PC since I am not a HARDCORE gamer but still wanted something relatively really nice! Ive had it for a week now and it runs perfect, no noise or anything. Works perfect for the games I play, Blade and Soul, Fornite, Fiesta online mmorpg, Apex, and all other popular games out there! Its super fast. The only reason why I am giving it a 4 star and not 5 is because the video they use to advertise this PC is not as shown in the video. In the video, they have colors going off everywhere in the case, which is not so with this PC. I was a bit disappointed by this but nonetheless, everything else is amazing. The led lights only do one color at a time but there are different modes you can change the colors with which is a good thing. I leave mine on as "WAVE" so all the colors wave in one after the other which is still pretty cool. LOVE IT SO FAR, I got it for $1299 with amazon monthly payments of $260. Would recommend if youre in the market for a really good PC that isnt just average nor high end PC.

Pretty good value for whats inside, right on par with the rest o the market. I bought this tower for 2 primary reasons, one game Ive been waiting to play for a long time but never had a PC powerful enough to handle, the 2nd use will be 2d/3d editing and rendering. Just got it yesterday and fired up the game, and so far all I can say is wow! Very impressed. The game is X: Rebirth, a space sim in an "open sandbox" universe, generally speaking a resource hog. The specs on this tower far surpass the min requirements for the game so it didnt even break a sweat, and it remained very silent. I never heard the tower make any hint of being noisy. In fact right out of the box it was so quiet I wondered if it was even powering on when I told it to! Very happy with my choice on this machine.

Fast and good quality PC. I had to buy this to replace another PC I got from other merchant and different trademark, after so much trouble with the other guys I decided to give this one a try. What a relief knowing that I received what I paid for this time, good quality, not a single problem so far. I will definitely buy another one in a near future.

Cheaply made. Port area was loose. This is an area where USB and HDMI will be used and should be reinforced. The remote that controls LED lights was not included. I contacted Amazon and the seller and was told they could do nothing about it until tomorrow. That is after waiting on hold and being transfered. I will update my postonce I see if they even give me the remote. So far...dont waste your money.

I bought this not too long ago and have absolutely fallen in love with it! Easy set up and will easily connect to the WiFi near you. Would recommend this product to people who are into gaming or for personal use as well!

Out of the box, the setup was fairly simple. Had to remove some bloatware, no big deal. But after about 2 days it began giving blue screens about 3 times per hour. I troubleshooted the issue for days, with no actual answer in sight. I ended up reinstalling Windows 10 from USB. All was okay for a few hours - and then a NEW blue screen code started happening at random. More troubleshooting, asking questions on forums, no solution in sight. Ended up reinstalling Windows 10 AGAIN. This is now where Im at. Ive had a few blue screens happen here and there, but for the most part everything has finally been running smoothly. *knocks on wood* Also, the AsRock motherboard doesnt seem to exist anywhere. Not on the AsRock website, not on any 3rd party website, it just doesnt exist. So for anyone looking for driver/BIOS support for the motherboard is SOL. On to a lighter note, gaming performance is fantastic, and exceeded my original expectations. Grand Theft Auto 5 runs smooth as butter on Ultra settings, getting FPS upwards of 100-120 at any given time. Apex Legends similarly runs at max settings with 0 stuttering. This rig will comfortably run just about anything you throw at it. Very impressed with performance. Pros: Easy setup Great gaming performance General multitasking/everyday use is a breeze RGB is a nice touch if youre into that Cons: Problems (possibly with hardware) out of the box No motherboard/driver support from AsRock Iffy driver support from iBuyPowers website
