The I-series has is a great value for its cost so far. The tower has a very modern design to it with a lot of sharp angles and accent lights. The wired keyboard and mouse match in design. The tower’s side panels are both tempered glass and allow a view into the computer tower. The internal fan has a red accent light on it. All accent lights turn off when the computer enters sleep mode. The tower is relatively empty and offers a lot of room for expansion. The reason I am giving 4 stars Vice 5 is two fold: 1-The computer comes with windows 10 installed but is not updated. This caused me an issue when I set up the computer. The two USB 3.0 ports on the top of the tower would cause the wired mouse to disconnect and stick functioning when a device was plugged into them. I fixed this issue by connecting the computer to the internet and downloading all of the available windows updates. 2-The other issue I have with this computer is that the Network Interface Card is for wired connection only. The computer comes with a USB device that is the size of a quarter that you plug into the computer for WiFi capabilities. This is mentioned in the description but I over looked it. The computer shipped very quickly (I ordered it on Black Friday and it was delievered on Sunday. ) All-in-all it’s a good computer so far and I have had no major complaints. I have only had it setup for two days and haven’t tested it on a game yet, but it streams Netflix through the windows app very well. This is my second IBuyPower computer and previously they have stood behind their product when I have had an issue.

Warning: This product comes with a completely low quality horrible CPU not fit for gaming. Aside from this its not compatible with dual memories. I had a computer tech take a look at it and we noted how you would practically have to build this computer yourself and see if the motherboard can actually withstand some more video cards Cons: no DVD port but brings all CDs to install the software which made no sense. Bad quality CPU. Contains 3 fans that are not potent enough to cool the computer. Does not contain the amount of LEDs presented in the Amazon picture display.

Purchased as a gift, received quickly, upon inspection no damage was found, packaged very securely. Very happy with purchasing experience. Recipient very happy with appearance. Upon turning on computer it continuously looped through install Windows and restart computer. There is a windows disk but no drive to install with. Tech support is closed on weekends so contacted Amazon tech support who immediately arranged for pickup and refund. Amazon rocks in there support. iBuyPower failed.

I love it overall, and its working super great for me. tech support is hard to talk to about the specific parts, however, installing other ram wasnt difficult and the computer works fabulously. Price is great too. I have had it for a few months. No issues. great case, lots of room, doesnt overheat on multitasking at all, works smoothly for my streaming. Overall would recommend.

The product description never mentioned that there is no way to mount a CDR or a DVD drive. The door does not open and there is no provision for optical drives in the case. The keyboard is what you would expect for free: it feels like the keys are loose when you press them and on mine, the "U" key is very stuck. Pounding on the "U" key eventually stops it, but every time you type any letter, you have a change of a U following the character you typed! The processor, motherboard and RAM are excellent so far. The Two Tb drive is also quite and so far, error free. My unit arrived without a Certificate of Authenticity, but their tech support provided me the Windows 10 authentication code over the phone. I would feel better if I had a Microsoft certified document. Also, why give us support files on DVD media on a computer that does not support a DVD??? Maybe someone could get to work on that too.

We just received the computer on Saturday afternoon, today is Monday and as of this morning it is not working. This is very frustrating. We talked with customer service and they said they think it is the motherboard. They are supposed to send to us a label to send back the computer, which in itself is a huge pain, especially since we have thrown the box out I believe. Sigh. My nephew spent the last day and a half downloading his stuff to this computer, so it really is a loss. Hoping they can just send us a new motherboard so he can replace it himself. Fingers crossed.

I thought this would be a great computer but from the start it was problems. Windows 10 wouldnt find the internet then when I restarted I discovered the keyboard had added extra characters to my password. The only way to fix it was to order a USB CD Rom and reinstall......Too much hassle...returned it and getting something different.

We got this for my boss because the crapbox computers we keep getting him never last... This one is holding up well to whatever it is he does in his office with his computer.

You buy what your get. Great starter for gamers starting out like myself. Trying to see I would keep up with it before I upgrade. I do love the ability to easily upgrade parts if I choose to. Keyboard came a little broken but ibuypower is doing going great at sending me a new one.

Got this for the husband. Initial set up seemed dodgy. But it’s running and he’s using it. It came with a USB WiFi adapter, but we went and got another one because the one it came with was not that great. Same can be said for the quality of the mouse and keyboard.
