The product description never mentioned that there is no way to mount a CDR or a DVD drive. The door does not open and there is no provision for optical drives in the case. The keyboard is what you would expect for free: it feels like the keys are loose when you press them and on mine, the "U" key is very stuck. Pounding on the "U" key eventually stops it, but every time you type any letter, you have a change of a U following the character you typed! The processor, motherboard and RAM are excellent so far. The Two Tb drive is also quite and so far, error free. My unit arrived without a Certificate of Authenticity, but their tech support provided me the Windows 10 authentication code over the phone. I would feel better if I had a Microsoft certified document. Also, why give us support files on DVD media on a computer that does not support a DVD??? Maybe someone could get to work on that too.
