I had a computer tech take a look at it and we noted how you would practically have to build this computer yourself and see if the motherboard can actually withstand some more video cards Cons: no DVD port but brings all CDs to install the software which made no sense. Bad quality CPU. Contains 3 fans that are not potent enough to cool the computer. Does not contain the amount of LEDs presented in the Amazon picture display.

Purchased as a gift, received quickly, upon inspection no damage was found, packaged very securely. Very happy with purchasing experience. Recipient very happy with appearance. Upon turning on computer it continuously looped through install Windows and restart computer. There is a windows disk but no drive to install with. Tech support is closed on weekends so contacted Amazon tech support who immediately arranged for pickup and refund. Amazon rocks in there support. iBuyPower failed.

We just received the computer on Saturday afternoon, today is Monday and as of this morning it is not working. This is very frustrating. We talked with customer service and they said they think it is the motherboard. They are supposed to send to us a label to send back the computer, which in itself is a huge pain, especially since we have thrown the box out I believe. Sigh. My nephew spent the last day and a half downloading his stuff to this computer, so it really is a loss. Hoping they can just send us a new motherboard so he can replace it himself. Fingers crossed.

I thought this would be a great computer but from the start it was problems. Windows 10 wouldnt find the internet then when I restarted I discovered the keyboard had added extra characters to my password. The only way to fix it was to order a USB CD Rom and reinstall......Too much hassle...returned it and getting something different.

Delivered in 2 days. Box delivered in tact but no packing material; strange. Setup per directions, power light, would not boot up. Purchased for kids bday. Only present, sad day for kiddo. Spouse teaches technology at a college, not a user issue. Will change rating if problem is corrected. Still waiting on call back from company.

Motherboard is out of date still using ddr3 ram would not recommend this PC to anyone looking for a gaming PC graphics card is one of the worst and very outdated max fps in any game is 30 and will drop to 19 I bought this PC not knowing anything and the first week have already upgraded ram,power supply and graphics card the only useful thing about this is the case at this point on the other hand would work well for a good worl PC.
