The computer is not from the photo and I bought the pc and I got no mouse no keyboard and the pc is built so it’s not new, plus it’s not Ibuypower and I became really annoyed because I wanted to buy for a gift and in total did not do good and I still had to paid 50 dollars to send back for my refund.
I just unpackaged the system and I see theres no DVI-I port. The page clearly states there should be DVI-I & HDMI connectors. I hadnt planned on buying a new monitor so this is pretty annoying.
This was my first "gaming" pc. I knew nothing about specs and bought this. It barely runs any games, and when the games did work the fps would be very bad. Cheap keyboard and mouse. Cheap parts. If you want an actual gaming pc dont get this junk, do your research on specs. I have an actual gaming pc now thanks to main gear and Razer that will last me a much longer time. p.s. I had this pc for about a year before I was sick of it and sold it.
I bought this computer around February of last year (2017) it was a fine pc, i slapped a gtx 1050ti in it and i could play any game i wanted, until recently my WD hard drive went out and it pissed me off a lot, other than that it was alright, time to buy a new hard drive! This the definition of "you get what you pay for" dont be like me and buy a prebuilt, custom build your own, you save money and parts last longer!
Good all around machine, but plan on upgrading the graphics card if you play any modern games. It comes with almost the lowest performance graphics card for games like Fortnite. Some graphics cards perform better than others for different games. Do some research to see what graphics cards perform best for your favorite games and upgrade this machines graphics card to something more suitable.
Computer is pretty good for running games at a decent fps. Dont expect to run games at the highest settings, but you can at least run them. Great computer to start out, only complain is how difficult it is to upgrade. When I wanted to change the graphics card for a RX 480, I had to change the power supply since it doesnt have a PCIE cable. The motherboard is also pretty small, so installing the GPU took up a good 40% of the motherboard. A good PC if you dont have too much money but youd wish to get a new pc, but not the greatest if youre looking for power. RGB looks nice though.
The only thing I was unhappy with is that it didnt come with a CD drive, which you need to download all the drivers. It didnt come with a wifi adapter so we had to purchase separately and didnt come with speakers. It runs good, my son plays overwatch and there is no lag....oh and doesnt come with monitor.
What monitor is it compatible with? Not able to get it working.. It has no hdmi port so the monitor I have is not working with it. The error I’m getting is no hdmi signal. I tried a vga cable but that’s not working either. Let me know
It works right out of the box. The one thing that it was missing is the LED case lights that was pictured with. The system is speedy and KSP never ran so well. I am also using it for photoediting work and it is running the software like a dream. I will be contacting IBuyPower to see how they want to take care of the LED lights, I know it is not a big deal but they should give you what is promised. Besides the LED light I can recommend this system to any one who wants a budget gaming system. UPDATE according to ibuypower the system doesnt come with a light strip.
Bought to replace another iBuyPower computer purchased almost 4 years go. Set up instructions were wrong, so I did the manly thing and ignored them. Once that was done, it booted up just fine. Runs like a champ, lags a lot when trying to stream and play WoW at the same time, unless both are on lower settings. Not surprising, as I purchased the lower-end version.
