The computer worked few weeks and then the USB ports stopped working. Send it for repairs on March 4 and it is still not back. In my opinion never buy a computer or an electronic item on Amazon as their after sales service sucks. Absolutely no customer care, no status update or clear idea of when the desktop will come back. I wish I had gone to the local store and got it so I have someone to speak to and get status on what is happening. 8 weeks for a computer repair is completely unacceptable.

Computer constantly turns off. HP customer service will not resolve problem w/o turning it over to HP Smart Friend Services for a fee. Computer is only 6 weeks old

Surprisingly slow performance. Not a good value. I may sell it, if I cant optimize it. Cant even handle opening .jpg in windows photo

I am puzzled by this computer. My old one also an HP I had no problems with. This I cannot understand why they did not integrate Windows Photo Gallery for this computer. I tried to download Photo Gallery but Windows 10 does not support it. Why?????? I still have pictures that I need to scan into my computer. Now I am going to have to buy another computer with Photo Gallery on just so I can do my pictures. Now dont get me wrong I am not bashing this new computer. I think I was better off keeping my old computer. Unless Im missing something here I say to Microsoft please integrate the old programs into the next generation computers and please quit fixing things that aint broke. I know this will be the last computer I upgrade to. So if you like your old computer and its programs then stay where you are because there is no reason to upgrade.

Purchased from Best sales, Inc.. does not work. will not boot up and serial no and product number are unverifiable by HP during a support request. Its going back for a refund.

No hard drive or RAM at all in this machine. So of course it does not work at all. And another odd thing, the specs on the box arent even the same as what I ordered. The computer I ordered was supposed to have 12 Gb of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive. The box the "computer" came in claimed to have 16 Gb of RAM and a 2 TB hard drive. It turned out it had NO RAM and NO Hard Drive. I really needed this computer to be up and running by this weekend. Now I have to send it back. I will order from a different seller.
