I still like a desktop PC and my 26" monitor for most computer tasks, especially multitasking, so when my old PC gave up the ghost, this computer was its replacement. The price was right to get enough ram and hard drive space to do everything I need to do on a computer. It arrived in good shape with everything you need to set it up. I gave it four stars instead of five because the keyboard and mouse that came with it are a bit wonky and not what I would have chosen myself, but they are wireless and work well. And the computer isnt what I would call good to look at unlike my former sleek shiny all black HP. And I doubt it would make a really good gaming computer for anything other than the low tech games I play, but it is fast and efficient for the routine jobs I need it to do. Good value for the money.

Great budget PC... very low noise... fast response.... small form factor... only drawbacks are a very cheap optical drive, keyboard, and mouse.... I plan to buy a USB BDXL drive and my old keyboard and mouse plugged right in and were recognized by Win10 with no setup required.... I’m in business again... not bad fir the money...

The HP unit itself so far has been OK but a little slow at times, the wireless mouse was just a piece of crap and finally quit working, then the wireless keyboard quit working, not sure if it was the keyboard or the unit but I plugged in an old keyboard and it works great. I tried to go on HPs WEB site but just got run around so much I had to quit then finally found a # to call but got put on hold forever and finally hung up. If you purchase a HP PC dont expect any help.

Works well & is fast for every day computing.I have used it for about a month now and its working fine.That is more than i can say for the Acer Aspire TC-885 i retured after just 1 week of failures.A good buy & dependable computer HP delivered.

The Optane memory module makes the HDD perform as fast as an SSD. The set up was easy and the unit was economical and has current hardware. Adding hardware is a bit tricky as there is only one extra power pluginside and the online manual could be a bit more detailed.

I like the small size, the speed of its operation, and the ability to handle all of the programs that I need. I have not had the machine long enough to be able to comment on the reliability, technical support and I do not use the machine for gaming.
