This cpmpoyer I received is absolute garbage. the exterior case is broken and cracked. The stickers are all dirty like coffee spilled. The fan is so load and keeps going up and down and squeaks. The cd rom just spins and spins and does not recognize any CD. I cannot fathom how this passed any type of inspection to be certified as fully refurbished. Sending back. And if they make me pay for shipping, I am gonna give amazon an email with pictures. Terrible.

Computer came with a non certified version of windows. It wont update or work at all. Tried to verify the product key and it says I need the correct operating system. Wth?! I guess you get what you pay for. I will be sending this back for a refund. Not at all Microsoft certified refurbished.

I purchased this computer for a friend who is a senior citizen who had a computer recently die. She got the computer and had the cable company hook everything up, but it doesnt work. The fan is ridiculously loud and you get the blue screen of death. The computer is so loud that you can hear it from outside her apartment. I requested to do a return but the seller never emailed me a return label. My elderly friend contacted the company but she received poor service and she was told that a man would call her by 2pm and he never called. This company should not be allowed to sell products on Amazon and hopefully I dont get ripped off.

The port in the back of the computer where I need to plug my TV monitor in has all the prongs bent and mangled. I bought an adapter to try connecting it to another source but it doesnt work. I suppose thats what I get for buying refurbished. Im extremely disappointed.

I liked everything about this computer LAYOUT including abundance of USB ports, (including front panel USB location), and price. Then I turned computer on, (which permitted some basic info input but NEVER could access the operating mode.) Start-up wait times as long as 12-15 minutes before giving up (tried about 9+ times with no success) At first, I thought it was because I never received Windows 10 activation code, but finally a Amazon technician found a file that showed the computer had been activated. As a result, I (and technicians involved at refurbisher and Amazon), had wasted much time trying to get a 25 digit code key for me which was not needed anymore (or was an incorrect one)......IT MAKES ONE WONDER HOW THE REFURBISHING COMPANY NEGLECTED TO CATCH A PROBLEM WHICH PREVENTED THEM FROM TESTING THE COMPUTER BEFORE SHIPPING IT TO ME.??
