I bought this computer about a month ago. If it continues to be reliable, I will be very satisfied with it. I have mostly used macs in the past, except at work where everything runs on Windows 7, so I knew that there would be an adjustment to navigating and controlling a windows 10 PC. It has gone as well as I could have hoped. The system looked like new except that there were two open card ports on the back when it arrived. On a new system these would be covered by a metal plate. This is a minor thing, and actually will make it easier when I get around to installing a sound card upgrade. The BIGGEST COMPLAINT I have with this is that the only way to register the windows is using a key code that is ONLY available on a sticker afixed to the outside of the housing. Mine was SMUDGED a bit, so I had to do some creative guessing. If I had not been lucky with that I would NEVER have been able to effectively use the installed version of Windows 10. I STRONGLY urge the refurbishers to find a more reliable way of providing this essential information to their buyers. Perhaps a rectangle of plastic taped over the sticker before handling and packing to ship them? This issue is the only reason I took two stars away. Otherwise you would have gotten five stars.
