What a deal on a computer! Less than $200, throw in a 4 year warranty and you have a great machine for just over 200. I have installed a 250Gb SSD and a 2Tb external drive on mine. I plan upgrade to 16Gb of Ram, but right out of the box this thing will take care of your needs except for gaming. It arrived as promised and package very well. I wish they would have included the vertical stand with it like in the picture.

Looks brand new, one tiny little scratch (had to actually look for an imperfection), but runs flawlessly. Purchased the 4 year protection just for safety. I’ve had this for 2 weeks now and not one complaint. It’s small but very powerful. Runs quick, absolutely no issues. Had it set up and ready to go in no time. Was a little skeptical due to the low price, but very glad I went this! Key board and mouse are a little cheap (micro brand) but work nonetheless, will eventually replace the keyboard. Some of the reviews did say theirs didn’t come with a power cord, but mine did.

I love this little computer. it was a very easy to set up, small foot print and its window 10 pro so i can access it remotely. im using these as severs/DVR for my security cameras. i have bought two so fave and both run very well, they are very quick i5 processors. im going two buy two more.

This is installed in my garage for referencing manuals and technical information. It has proven to be a very solid product. Ive had absolutely zero problems with it. This refurbished product appeared virtually new. Ive had it now about 1-year.

Still working! Very small footprint. Cant upgrade anything. Good for casual use. Im not a gamer so it works for me. It can handle simple charting tasks (Excel).

I purchased two units and they ran perfectly right out of the box. After one month one unit lost its hard drive. Called the seller and they sent me a new one at no cost. it took me about ten minutes to replace. the unit started right up. Love them.

Really impressed. Wanted to upgrade the computer in our church secretarys office, and did not want to break the bank. I liked that this was small, decent i5 processor, Windows 10, 8 gb memory. Really checked all of the boxes of what I was looking for in an "office PC". Ordered, works great, I mean, really nice! As it happened, I had an unused 240gb SSD, so I upgraded from the conventional drive to the SSD, and this sucker really flies! Will it play graphics intensive games? No, Im sure it will not. The internal Intel graphics are NOT that hot. But are you really wanting to buy something like this for gaming? I hope not! You want to game, get a gamer PC. But do you want to get WORK done, and have a reliable and (dare I say) cute PC? Will this work well with Microsoft Office, web-browsing, email, the churchs dedicated database software, etc? Yes, it will, and it does! Seriously, if you are looking for a nice, fast, computer for regular "office" type use, you should give this a look. Lots of ports, external power supply, really quiet. Also, if you DO decide you want to upgrade to a SSD, it is the really easy and practically tool-less. Brackets make popping out everything simple, and I only needed to use a screwdriver to remove the old hdd and put in the ssd...4 screws total! How easy is that? Ive never been happier with a less than $200.00 PC purchase. By the way, it shipped quickly, and was well packed. I am very pleased with this vendor, and would absolutely order from them again. And no, I was NOT paid for this review, and I am not the owner of the company or something. I am just truly impressed by the value here. Oh, it also looks almost new...maybe a few small blemishes, but nothing to detract from the overall appearance, at least on the one I got. 2 possible CONS: 1. Although this does have open internal expansion slots, there is precious little room inside to add, say, a video card. Apparently there are a few small, relatively low-powered cards that would allow some graphics-intensive activity, but you really shouldnt expect to upgrade much of anything on this PC with the exception of the hard drive or memory. Not a big con to me, but might be an issue for some. 2. This is a refurb, and the refurb company simply wiped the existing hard drive and installed Windows 10. Thats Ok, and exactly what I was expecting. However, when upgrading to a solid state drive, when I pulled the old hard drive out, it was from 2013. CPUs dont wear out, neither does memory, but a hard drive that is 5 years old MIGHT end up developing issues, especially when it is the smaller "notebook" size hard drive (and this one is). So...IF you are planning to keep the existing hard-drive, be aware that the drive already has 4-5 years of use. Sometimes a mechanical drive will work for years and years, thats true. But sometimes when they get around 5-6 years old, they can start failing. Having said all that, you can buy a 250 gb SSD for as little as $60.00 on Amazon...so just upgrade the drive when you get it...youll get the reliability you need, and youll love the 20 seconds from boot to ready to use! Just sayin!

wonderfu; so easy to i nstall I am 76 years old woman and did it myself. Thought I needed a new printer hooked yp computer NOW the printer works like a charm. I could not be happier, Normally I do not like second or third party vendors BUT this one was great. So happy I took a chance.

Got the package on time in secure box, looking very clean and pro., including HP 8300 desktop, envelope with instruction and Win10 cd + product key, new keyboard and new mouse still in plastic bags and also ethernet cable, and vga cable included. So I would say that is a very nice refur. package, I already have a monitor to set it up and power up system, entered product key as asked for first time, window 10 pro came up without problem - oh you also need a USB WiFi adapter to hook up to internet.
