Computer was packaged well and looks like a brand new computer. I am disappointed that the Windows 10 Home is not a Microsoft certified copy of the OS. The OS came with McAfee security software embedded in it, which I uninstalled right away - Im not a McAfee fan. Windows 10 built in security is completely adequate. Once I got everything configured, the system seemed to be a bit sluggish compared to two Dell XPS 8700s I have. I havent done any gaming or had to contact tech support, so they get a 1 star rating.

The computer was delivered on time. The box and computer were in excellent condition. The computer was equipped as ordered. It immediately started operating as expected with Windows 10. Missing were any documents and backup software discs, including the Product Key, the digital license, and the Certificate of Authenticity. The only primary hard drive was found not to be located in the position shown in the Dell Service Manual downloaded from the internet.

Did a ton of research trying to build my own computer but I could not come up with a better price than I found this one for. The graphics card is the only limiting factor it seems. But I was fine with that as Im still waiting to see if the new RTX 2080s will be worth it.

Just another desktop computer. Nothing has really changed since I purchased my previous computer over 3 years ago except updated software and hardware. The packing from the retailer could have a little tighter. Two keyboard caps had fallen off during shipping but were easily installed. The startup was much easier since I already had a Microsoft account.

I estimate a savings of $400 on this machine compared to a brand new one. The Optane memory module completes an impressive set of components. Item arrived on time and packaging was fine. Very pleased with this purchase. Im not into gaming so I cant comment on that aspect, but for my programming projects, database use, and overall home PC requirements, this is a winner.

I needed a computer with an Nvidia card to complete a CUDA project for which I had only two days. The seller did as expected. The computer showed up at my door and I had entire might to complete the project. The speed of the machine helped tremendously. Recommend!

I love my Dell PC. It works flawlessly, has an enormous amount of power, reasonable memory with room to upgrade, runs so quiet that you dont even know its on and is aesthetically pleasing to look at. I couldnt ask for a better PC.

Computer showed up well packaged. Aside from the box, you would never know it to be a refurb. Plugged it in, fires it up, logged in, and off you go. Perfect for the price.
